I had a great experience here overall. Their staff was very attentive and helpful when it came to finding the right skates. The pair of skates I bought had a manufacturers defect that was later discovered. When I did discover it, they were more than willing to help resolve the issue.

I bought skates and helmets for my kids over the holidays and everything was pretty smooth. After trying them out, my daughter had an issue with them hurting her feet when we went skating. When I came back to see what they can do, the manager right away processed a refund without an issue. Great customer service and very friendly. Highly recommend

GO HERE!!We had Jack and he had my daughter fitted comfortable felt confident. He was very sweet patient and listened. We were in and out within like 15 minutes tops.When we first walked in there's a gentleman who organizes where people need help and gets them in the right place so that it's fair but also so that they know how often they have to move laugh around to accommodate what people need.Skates are being sharpened so we'll have to wait a little bit but I would highly recommend coming here first don't go everywhere else this is the place to go.Jack was just the perfect person to fit us that I decided that I was going to get a pair too didn't rush me cried a pair didn't fit grabbed another pair they were the perfect match had our skates back to be sharpened gave us a ticket and away we went.

By far, the most experienced and skilled skate experts in the city work here. I have been taking my skates here for nearly 20 years and the employees at Herms do the best job allowing me to perform my best on the ice. I never let anyone else touch my skates. Thank you Herms.

I went today to get my skates sharpened and the men behind the desk were super nice to get me going and it didn't take long at all. Very impressed with the customer service.Even better the lovely lady on cash rang in my skates and protectors and as I was paying she took them out of the package to put on my skates. I am not fully knowledgeable but she gave me some good tips and super helpful!Amazing experience! Will continue to come back for my needs!!

Fair price for used equipment. Sharpened skates perfectly and staff service on new skates was great! Been going here for years. Bought my sons first goalie gear here a long time ago!
