U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

I changed my 1 star to 4 stars now that I have cooled off and someone from hq refunded me some money for the major runaround. I will probably give them 1 more shot when the day presents itself but I hope it is better next time.

Bad service, lying staff. The guy didn't go through the contract the way he is supposed to and the vehicle was disgusting, I had to wipe it down with half a box of Lysol wipes just to sit in it. Upon return he was trying to claim I did 300 miles when I did a maximum of 200 kilometers. Don't give these people your money.

Charged 2 day rental. Picked up trailer November 15 12:26pm and dropped it off 7:45pm same day.Charged from 12:26pm 15 November to 9:26am November 16. On a 24 hr clock thats a 1 day rental first off, secondly I went into store to advise staff I dropped off trailer.I called U-Haul in Yarrow and the representative answered 4:09pm November 16. Gave me the run around about how you can fix it by calling uhaul number and disputing etc". Pursued to call me Bro when I said it's not my error to fix. So frustrated with the customer service. Had good experiences here before but that employee definitely needs some training on customer service. Also needs an attitude adjustment. You never call a customer "bro". Seriously.Edit: within a day someone fixed the issue. That is rather comforting. Amended 1 star to 3 to account for issues."

Rented my U-Haul. There was a hiccup but they fixed it. Well worth it. Picked it up. Dropped it off. No problems

Never again! I booked a truck for August 29 for a 8 am pick up. I arrived at 8 am and they would not give me the keys saying they were not open til 9 am even though I had an 8 am appt. After 2 calls to customer service I was given the keys at 8:30 am.When I started the truck I noticed it only had 1/4 tank of fuel. When I returned the truck I put it back to 1/4 tank.They are now saying I owe them $67.45 for fuel and $30 for a fueling charge. Scammers!!! Do not use U-Haul.

Was charge cleaning fee even though we cleaned it out, we did get it back. Make sure to take video of truck as they will not inspect the truck with you.

Swindlers! They attempt to get you to sign that the gas is at a certain level and to initial that the truck is clean before even seeing the vehicle. Don't sign or agree to anything without a visual inspection including the gas level. They attempted to say i returned with gas short when in fact it was the the same if not more. Take photos and video of every inch or they will find a way to charge you for something. I luckily had the proof to show that they were lying and had the extra charges reversed. Had to go through Uhaul because the dealer didn't want to deal with an irate customer who was getting SWINDLED!

Clerk/ operater at this location is rude and oblivious on driver license regulations in Canada.This uhaul outpost needs a review by uhaul

They were surprisingly busy but, other than that, renting a truck was a pretty painless process. I was in and out in 15min and was on with my day. Dropping off was just as easy - I see no reason to go anywhere else. Would recommend for all your U-Haul needs!

Bought $350 worth of boxes. The boxes say 100% buy back guarantee! Buy Extra!This location would not accept 10 new unused boxes back. I can’t imagine a clearer case of false advertising. Will not go back.
