I got referred to Trap Électrique by Réno Dépôt and had a really pleasant experience from start to finish. Sandrine was very kind to answer all my questions before starting the job and accepted my last minute change of mind without a fuss. The day of the job, the team showed up on time, got started right away, did what needed to be done correctly and left the place clean. Last, they gave some good advice regarding a future project. I will be working again with Trap in the near future.

J'ai eu un rendez-vous rapide pour une évaluation et une disponibilité rapide de leur part pour faire les travaux. L'équipe est courtoise et a fait le maximum pour limiter les trous nécessaires pour des remplacements et installations de cablage. J'ai même demandé un extra de dernière minute qu'ils ont accepté sans problème. Très satisfait. Excellent service.
