A tip for the owners;If your going to run your store short staffed and show up on Sunday while their clearly unorganized and need help;STEP IN AND HELP THEM.I have never been so disappointed in a Tim Hortons. Your poor guy who was running the till, clearly needed help, and instead you sat at the tables watching him drown.Shame on you!For being such a prime location for commuters, which by the way, IS THE MAJORITY OF YOUR MARKET, run your store better. Hire more staff. Give them incentive to WANT to work. take on better leadership for your employees….

Best place for the coffee. We luckily found this place for our short break while returning back to Brampton. It's also has lots of option to shop around for energy drinks and snacks.

This place is getting ridiculous. Always short staffed. They will ignore you & forget about your order. Coffee grinds in my drinks all the time.. getting coffee should take 5 minutes max & not 40 minutes!

The coffee and tim bits were awesome. The new flavor of coconut vanilla cappuccino is amazing. However the coconut sprinkles does take time for service

1 car in front of me, only took 5 minutes for a coffee, that's good for this place. Normal wait times are 12 minutes or more. No better if you go in store

Mobile ordering is not a concept they understand. Order online, then ask for it when you get there and then they will make it for you. Don't expect it to be made in advance.

One of the better Tim’s around. They’re always busy and understaffed but do a good job. If you come when there’s not a line you’ll get your food in a blink.

Very poor management of queue and serving customers. People break the queue, and often times there are others not in queue loitering around in the queue area causing confusion. The staff and Management care two hoots about having any order.Also, the staff don't keep straws in user accessible areas. It's a pain for both the staff and customers to be asking at the counter. Also, they don't re-stock tissues in user accessible areas. Would save plenty of trouble if these basics of running any business were in place. This was a big let down from Tim Hortons. How did this chain's Management even get a license?

Worst tim horton I ever came across.. poor service. Need to do better.. poor and delayed customer service.. takes 5-10 mins to make 1 Simple order

The owners really need to take some pride for there store! step in an give everyone training on how to do there job properly, efficient even some what organized. I have never been to a tim hortons that ran out of coffee 2 different occasions an they weren't even busy there's so much they need to learn,
