I am so impressed with Dr. Ruth Benn and her team at the London Travel Clinic. They were beyond helpful, kind, and accommodating. Thank you Dr. Benn and thanks to your 2 receptionists. I called Public Health and 5 walk-in clinics, before someone suggested I try your clinic. I needed a note a month after a positive Covid test from a health care professional to prove I had recovered (from a very mild case). Public Health and all the clinics I spoke to before yours ranged from not very helpful to actually quite rude. Your receptionist was the exact opposite. Such a nice surprise! She was informative and extremely helpful. Dr. Benn herself was so nice. From the first contact via email, to my completed appointment everyone was amazing! Thanks for such a great experience. I highly recommend this clinic and I work in the health field and have very high standards!!

The appointment was easy to schedule and Dr Benn was knowledgeable and lovely to deal with. Would definitely recommend this clinic over Passport Health.

Such a great experience here. I normally don't write reviews but I was so impressed with this clinic. They worked around my schedule to get an appointment first thing in the morning. Dr. Benn was amazing! She quickly and efficiently went over our travel needs and was very informative about travel tips in general. ALSO, best injection I have ever received! That may sound weird but the woman really knew what she was doing, landmarked properly, and caused no pain. Everyone was very kind and professional. Made getting ready for our trip easy and stress free! Highly recommend.

Doctor Benn and her team has gone over and beyond to insure I would have my test results on time for travel!! She was more than willing to fill out travel forms and directly email results. In mid-flight she assisted me with an error in my form (entirely my fault) and she took the initiative to insure it would be settled before I landed. I absolutely would recommend this clinic to anyone who needs to be tested before travel! Thank you so much!

She was knowledgeable about the countries I would be traveling to and made additional vaccination recommendations. Excellent experience with my first time at any sort of travel clinic. I booked my appointment online several days prior and came in 20 minutes before my scheduled time. Was seen right at my scheduled time and had a wonderful experience with Dr. Ruth Benn & staff. I brought all of the documentation requested on the website and had a smooth experience from intake to pharmacy dispensing my prescription.

We had a great appointment today with Dr.Benn. She was very sweet, and informative. Our appointment left us feeling prepared for our destination, would absolutely recommend.

We went here for a travel consultation for Costa Rica and it was definitely worth it! Dr. Benn was very thorough and told us about required and recommended vaccines and any other possible health risks. They really do have your best interest in mind. We were able to get the vaccines right in the clinic. I have a big fear of needles but the nurse was very accommodating and it hardly hurt a bit!

We were very pleased with the care we got at this clinic. Dr. Benn explained every possible vaccine we might need and let us decide what we wanted to receive. There was no pressure. We didn’t get the person’s name who gave us the vaccines but she was very gentle. An overall very positive experience when having to get needles.

This clinic is the best one I have EVER been to. I felt loved receiving support for my immunization form. Dr. Benn truly cares about the service she provides. She pours love into her clinic. Thank You for the care. I highly recommend this clinic.
