I reached out to Tim Harper at Off The Grid Solar. I was putting together a solar package for our VW camper van. Tim took the time to understand our objectives and limitations with enthusiasm. Service throughout has been the best. I am not bright when it comes to this subject matter and Tim was very supportive with our adventure. I reached out and contacted Off The Grid Energy Solutions website without knowing anything about the company. I was impressed with their professional-looking website, the range of services and goods available. I corresponded with Tim Harper Jnr, for some weeks until we came up the optimal solution to upgrade my cottage solar requirements. Tim was easy to work with and offered alternate ideas of achieving my needs until I felt comfortable. He arranged delivery of all the hardware and willingly answered the basic questions when I needed assurance. Now the installation is complete and I have my immediate needs met, I feel confident we can work together again if, or when, I need any upgrades in future.

I felt much more comfortable dealing with a Canadian company that offered support in there products, as well as knowledge in all of the technical aspects. Despite being a relatively small customer, Tim offered his expertise for wiring schematic as well as setup upon first start up.
