Wish I could leave a negative star rating.This company calls my phone every day and leaves ambiguous messages addressed to someone else. Sets off all the sketchy warning bells in my head - glad whomever they are trying to get a hold of isn't being harassed and potentially scammed by them, but upset that they are harassing me.Update: it's been 7 months now and they are still calling multiple times a week from multiple phone numbers. Fortunately, Google is really good at adapting my block settings to catch most of them, but I still have to clean out my voicemail inbox regularly because of the robotic spam they leave, which is still for someone whose name is not mine - you'd think they would have figured that out by now given my voicemail announces my name before they leave a message and for 7 months it has never matched the name they are calling for. So, please remain warned and wary about the sketchy and massively obnoxious nature of this company.

Should be negative stat option. Have been computer dialing my home phone for 2 years . Calls come at all times of day or night. It is not even me they are after but a family member. It is harassment and should be illegal. Thinking of taking to my lawyer about it. This company are not professional in any way.

Very rude to people and when you can’t meet their terms for payment and you offer something close they threaten you. This isn’t the way to run a business. I understand that you all have a job but remember the people on the other line are human!

No intelligent person should ever give this company the time of day. CALLER ID says SCAM!!! Then they hardly identify themselves before being disrespectful to you and demanding you give them personal information over the phone. Stop harassing people, change your business practice, learn about privacy and how people need to protect themselves from scammers. Stop threatening people for not cooperating with you. YOU ARE IN THE WRONG!!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I would stay away from this collection company if I were you. I was helping a friend and the way they responded to emails and payment processing was so unacceptable. Janice Helmer was obnoxious. The way she handled my friend’s case was just unbelievable. NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Pathetic organization chasing people for amounts as little of 150. Ever heard or errors in the billing departments from the clients you serve? Just one peek behind the curtain and you'll see a litany of errors that have effected thousands of customers(it cant be that were all delinquent). Good luck in your frivolous endeavors.

Debt collection agency. Won't call you unless you actually owe something to a company.. Will ask you to verify so they don't share your personal debt info with someone who isn't you. Not a scam.Dealt with them when I owed on something and they were easy to deal with.

So I owe shaw and they called but the representative was kind respectful and understanding. Made me want to pay what I owe unlike other agencies who didn't respect me like a person. Thank you, look forward to working with you and hopefully not dealing with u again lol

These people are gangsters. They do not follow instructions from their customers (the creditors) or bankruptcy trustees. Once the debt has been assigned to them they will not release. Quote from trustee We’ve seen this happening a lot with the credit bureaus recently. They won’t respond ""

Edit: I took to silently answering the call every time and leaving it in an empty silent room, let them waste company time talking to the void. They finally gave up about a year after the calls first started, they haven't called in a few months now. :-D(to fully waste their time you have to get a feel for the fake numbers this company also uses to try and get around number blocks, plus private number" calls that often occurred within minutes of their official number calling)---They call almost every day
