Justin and Nibin from Maker Watch Co are truly artists!When I discovered their work online I browsed their past builds for hours trying to envision what my dream watch would look like. I couldn't believe how drastically different and customizable every watch was. There was so many gorgeous models to look at for inspiration.I purchased my first watch during a black Friday sale. I also purchased two others at the same time as gifts for friends. All three watches were beautifully crafted works of art! Each one more unique than the next.After wearing my first Maker watch I couldn't wait any longer for my own custom build.The entire process from start to finish was a smooth and exciting experience! I originally came across Maker Watch on Instagram by chance and instantly fell in love with their unique product and vision.As a wood and resin hobbyist myself, seeing their watches on Instagram instantly made me want to own a Maker!I contacted them with the idea I had and they helped make it a reality with lots of updates and progress videos. Getting these regular update messages as well as behind the scenes footage to the watch being created just made me appreciate their work and my watch so much more as I could see the passion and skill the pair of them have in what they do.I can safely say I was extremely satisfied with the level of customer service I received considering I am half way across the world.I now own 3 Maker Watches. A Hybrid, a Resin & a Wooden version. Really can't decide which one is the favourite!Also can't forget the unique watch case. An actual coconut!

As the owner of a small business that produces materials used in pens and watches, I've had my eyes on these guys for a few years now. This past year I was able to get my hands on one of their watches and to say I'm impressed would be quite the understatement. Talk about a great company to work with. Not only are the watches absolutely stunning but the customer service is second to none. The guys helped work with me on the first watch I purchased, pictured below. Now we are in the process of building two custom watches and a third custom strap. If you’re on the fence I would say reach out to the guys and they will help talk you through it. I highly recommend them! You will get compliments every time you wear your watch!

Justin and Nibin were awesome to work with right from the start. They helped design a custom clock for my wife for our wedding anniversary. They helped with the vision, while still keeping to my ideas. Lots of status updates and pictures along the way were super appreciated. And most importantly, THE CLOCK TURNED OUT AMAZING!

I have never in my life reviewed a store but the level of service I was afforded by this company deserves to be commended. I stumbled upon their video on social media and commissioned a custom piece with very intricate detailing as a gift. I had high expectations going in seeing the work they've already done, but they went above and beyond blew those expectations out of the water. They did a fantastic job on the watch and kept me updated throughout the whole process. 12/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone.

They are creating unique pieces of handmade wearable art which is difficult to find in an age of mass production and machining. This team is able to add their unique touch to every piece they create, making every piece of art a 1 of 1. Above all, their level of customer service is unparalleled. In my personal case, they literally gifted me a brand new watch due to an issue I had run into on my first piece from them, which was not their fault, just an issue with materials used on my custom piece. I have purchased artwork from other who do not stand by their word, but then to do business with these guys and have them literally give me another watch because they weren't happy with the way my original looked... That is taking pride in your work and standing behind it. They have gained a lifelong customer and friend. I recently purchased a beautiful watch from Maker Watch Co. as a gift for my son on his graduation.From beginning to end the entire process was flawless. Justin communicated with me the entire time to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted.Their entire team is very professional and efficient.The watch is absolutely beautiful.
