Great management and customer service.

I hired Groupe Impérial to clean the air ducts in my 10 year old condo. The telephone operator, when I made the appointment, was not familiar with condos and was not helpful in establishing what needed/should be cleaned. The most disappointing of all was that they did not test the air quality before and after the «cleaning». I overheard the workers saying there was not much they could do because the air is « managed centrally by the building » yet they still charged me $275.Don’t waste your time and money like I did.

Hired this company to wash the exterior of my home. Aluminum siding was left dirty and apart from that they dirtied all my balcony and stairs which resulted me in cleaning everything after they finished. I have written to them and have sent pictures but they have ignored my emails.Never again.Very dishonest people. The gentleman did not come back a second time and spend 2 hours nor did he spend 6 hours the guest time. Nor did he tell me that he could not guarantee the job. Not sure who he was talking to or what job he cause it certainly was not at our place. Lies and more lies. We were two houses. Both of us had the same problem. Unbelievable. Unprofessional. Wow.

Service was impeccable. They were determined to get my AC spotless and working better than ever. Hamza was very friendly and meticulous.

I'll start by saying, I've never left a negative review in my life.Received a confirmation & reference # to confirm the date of cleaning. The company says they called the same day due to a 'recall' on the truck, but I never received a call! I had to call the day of my appointment to find this out. They sent a picture of some sort of call log of calling me, I never received a phone call or email. I have call logs on my phone!!Unproffessional! It's very hard to believe that they have one truck available!Do not hire this company!!

Horrible horrible horrible service !They came to clean our ventilation on July 21st . The person did not have the right equipment to clean the dryer ( which was on our invoice and was confirmed by email ). He said he will come back the same weekend . Never came .We are September 12th now and the job has yet to be completed .have called them on multiple occasions , sent emails with proof just to be told we are goin to get a call back once they look into our file with the manager !Still waiting on a call back from anyone at this pointHow is that acceptable ?

This company came to clean the ventilation ducts in our condo building. The technicians were polite and seemed competent, but they left a big mess. They left dirt and dust around our condo, and filled a waste bin on my balcony with more dirt and dust which I had to dispose of.Cleaning ducts is messy work but they could have at least swept up a bit, used their own waste containers, and disposed of the dirt and dust instead of leaving me to do it.You'd think it you're paying nearly $300 for 25 minutes of work, that they'd take the time. Not this company.
