Astronomie Plus

I made a few online purchases from this store. Customer service is excellent, Stefan from support always answers my questions, suggesting which adaptors to use etc. in a timely manner. Prices are good, they are always the lowest when I research before buying my next piece of gear.

I just recently came across Astronomy Plus in my endless search for the nearly out of stock ASI533MC Pro and some equatorial mounts and I must say that I've been pleased with the customer service here! Even though I'm based in BC, their online presence made it seem as if I was a customer that walked through their doors. Using the online chat was great and they got back to me on time within their normal operating hours. They also answered my questions that I had and gave some useful information for me to consider even before purchasing. The shipping was very fast and my order was sent out the following business day. I also tried their price match options for in stock items and they really do match the price! All in all, I'm happy with the service (I believe it was Steve) I've received even though I was an online shopper. I would definitely recommend them to others, locally and abroad, and will likely shop with Astronomy Plus again!

I don't normally write reviews but I just recommended them to a friend and thought I should do a review.. Stefan has always been a great help when I needed some advise on a product and very quick to respond to an email. Never has he or any of his staff have ever tried to up sell me anything. The funny part about recommending them is that I was sent to them by another seller that should tell a lot. Everything that I have bought from them has arrived fast and was very well packed. I would definitely recommend them!!!!!!

This is a great company to deal with remotely. My phone conversation with Stefan was pleasant and helpful. He patiently answered my questions and worked to find eyepieces that fit my needs. He returned my emails promptly. I also spoke to another member of their staff. He was friendly and helpful as well. Both he and Stefan sent me links to products for me to look at. My order came well packaged and in perfect condition. I will definitely be ordering from Astronomie Plus in the future.

Awesome store, amazing staff! Stopped in on a trip to Montreal and was blown away by the help I received. They helped answer all of my in depth questions about getting setup with Off-Axis-Guiding and helped me find all the parts I needed for getting a dovetail setup on my old C8. Can't wait to visit again!

The web page was really organized and provided me with all options to buy the main scope as well as the accessories I needed. The communication on delivery was also very important.
