Hello my name is Jill Cave. I wasn't really looking to buy a car at that time but I thought if the time comes up and if it's the right car and dealer I would probably take that chance and I am so happy I connected with Jen Patrick. . We got to talking and I told her that I was sick at the time and right away she said well let's talk in the future when your feeling better and maybe go from there. She didn't hound and hound me . It was probably a couple weeks later we connected again. So Jen Patrick told me to tell her exactly what I wanted. And I did. She said ok let me get started to see what I have . And I said ok but I didn't want a 30 thousand vehicle. And stuck directly to my budget. As time went on she sent me a pictures of a vehicle and she nailed it . I told her that omg that's beautiful and I loved it. So perfect the first one vehicle she sent me that was it that we don't have to look any further. Heck I didn't even go look at it I bought it because I just knew that it was the one. Jen Patrick assured me that this 2016 Trax was in perfect shape runs beautifully and she was right.. So I told her I will take it and she said she would get the paper work going. I was so excited table turned I was hounding her lol. She was so patient and got everything done so quickly and efficiently. So patiently waiting she calls and says it was coming from Calgary and I could get it Monday. So I text her and said when will it be here. Lol she said about 4 o'clock today and I said can I have it today. And she says absolutely. I hadn't seen it in person. I hadn't even met her in person. She was so professional told me everything step by step. I am so glad that I had a person that for once cared about her client and not her wallet. So we finally meet up to pick up the most beautiful car. After signing all the papers she said they were washing it so it was nice and clean for me. FINALLY LOL Jen says ok were all good. Omg I was shaking. So we walk out back and there she was "SNOWWHITE" I covered my mouth started crying and gave Jen the biggest hug. Heck I'm crying now. It was perfect. I ran up to it and it was the perfect little suv for me. She explained everything she showed me everything on how everything worked. It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had. So people you want to buy a car new or used Call JEN PATRICK because you won't be disappointed. She is definitely in the right business. She's professional. She's thouroul very pleasant and just a all around nice person. And if there were more stars JEN PATRICK I would give you a ten. Your the best girlfriend and THANK YOU!!!"

Jen was truly up and running in her attempt her helping me get my desired vehicle and was communicating with me making sure all goes well. I will recommend Jen to anyone.Sade

I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER BUYING MY VEHICLE FROM JEN PATRICK . She worked so had to get me the vehicle i wanted Jen was quick to get me approved and below my budget.
