We called ahead to be sure they were open, when I arrived it was 4:15pm, 45 minutes before they closed. There were 3 people inside on their phones etc. The automatic door opened and when I arrived to get service they said they were closed and to try mr lube. They said that they had already closed their cash, and that there was nothing they could do. I pulled off the lot 20 minutes later, after I typed this, and they are still just hanging out, not closed, but taking any cars! Lol

This was a quick and easy experience. I came here for an oil change. there was no wait and they only took about 15 minutes. I'm only rating 4 stars because one of the guys there was pretty rude and flippant.

Brought my car here for an oil change while back, not long after the check engine light came on. They didn’t properly put the oil plug back in the car and it fell out and drained out all the oil and the motor blew. When I called, the guy on the phone practically called me a liar and I could never prove that they were the last ones to touch my oil plug. I left all my information for the manager to call me back which never happened even after calling back again.

Leona Power accuses us of a grossly overtightened oil filter. Looking at the label of the filter on the photo she puts on her review, we are sure that it's not a brand used at Pit Crew Drive Thru. Leona, this is an outright lie.Otherwise, as usual ...Great service. Friendly and knowledgeable personnel. Awesome convenience. No appointment. Done in 10 minutes or less.

Very unprofessional environment- cursing/swearing at each other in the shop, smoking in the doorway. The customer service was horrible right up until the point where I had to pay for an oil change, It was only then that I was even spoken to. This was the first time I've been here since 2017, and I will not be returning.

Went to get a oil change was sorta in a hurry so hauled in they done the oil change.. fast forward to today went to a different garage to get a oil change pit crew had the oil filter on so tight the other guy literally had to destroy the oil filter to get it off.. certainly wont recommend them for oil changes
