I purchased a sofa from ScanDesigns in August and it took 6 months for the sofa to be delivered. We were told it would only take 2 months initially. The delays were apparently due to the pandemic so that was at least understandable.What is way worse is that the reclining mechanism of our brand new sofa was not even functional. And as of this writing in July, it remains broken. It took them 5 months to send a repairperson; yet after taking the sofa apart, they told me they don't have the proper parts to fix it. But whenever I reach out to the reps at ScanDesigns, it's always just a bunch of sorry for the inconvenience" emails. No compensations nor partial refunds.Now I'm stuck with a broken down sofa for however many unknown months again."

ScanDesigns is awesome! The prices are fair for the quality of furniture. They seem to always keep their showroom updated which is nice. We’ve had their furniture for years and can comment on the long term durability. Lastly, there always seems to be great sales so keep an eye out.You’re item arriving can take very long, and the ETA can change frequently. If you’re not a patient person that may be a problem.

Wife bought a painting. At home we noticed damage on the frame. When returning they were hesitant to take it back. Offered an exchange, but that one had same kind of damage on the frame. They said in that price range that’s what you can expect.So, buyers beware: all items that are not priced high at Scandesign are okay to be sold full price even when they have damage.

I don’t usually write google reviews but my husband and I had the best experience shopping for furniture with Kelly yesterday. We usually both find the process quite overwhelming and stressful, but Kelly made us feel right at ease. She was incredibly knowledgeable and just a truly genuine human being. Not once did we feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. She seemed to know when we needed some space, but would check in with us just the right amount of times. We ended up spending over 2 hours in the store and came out with two beautiful chairs and a love seat. Thank you so much, Kelly! We will be referring all of our friends and family to you and be coming back ourselves! This woman should be in management if not already!

We recently had to ask for warrantee service on a recliner. From start to finish the service was excellent . The warehouse staff went beyond expectations to ensure our chair was delivered back to us in as new" condition and even waived the delivery fee! We highly recommend the Langley store and Warehouse staff."

Wonderful experience from start to finish: we were pretty lucky in that all the items we wanted were in stock and deliverable within weeks of purchase. I must say that the team at the store was very friendly, approachable, and cognizant to our needs. Delivery was amazing as well and the guys moving the items we bought went out of their way to make sure that everything was delivered in perfect condition.We love the quality and style of the furniture pieces we received and the prices are also very reasonable. I would further recommend checking out the (connected!) sister store, Muse and Merchant.

I was redecorating some rooms and salesperson Kelly at Scan Designs (Langley location) was very helpful throughout the whole process. I went in to the store several times and she was always patient and I didn’t feel pressured. She also had honest feedback which was very helpful when I was having trouble deciding what I wanted. I would highly recommend asking for Kelly if you are searching for furniture. We’ve had the furniture for a few weeks now and we have no regrets with our choices because we were allowed the space and time to look around other stores before committing.The delivery team was also amazing and I would highly recommend paying extra to have them deliver and assemble the furniture for you!!!

This is the second time we have bought Stressless furniture from Scan Designs in Langley. We bought a full living room set back in 2006 and now we just ordered an office chair. The staff in this store are fantastic - helpful but not in your face. Both times we started our search over on United Blvd in Coquitlam - found something at Scan Designs we liked - got absolutely no help from the sales people there - but wanted the product enough that we followed through at the Langley store. Our recommendation to anyone looking to buy Stressless furniture - just go directly to the Langley store! We dealt with Stacie and Rose this trip and they were both great.
