I like how we get our own hotpot. I recommend the Hong Kong satay broth. I tried the Thai one and didn’t really like it. Overall a decent place. Selection was good. Sauce station was good. Not too busy. What more can you ask for in a all you can eat hot pot place. More of a 3.5 than a 4 but I’m generous today.

Been here on 3 occasions within the past 3-5 years. It’s a disappointment every time. My partner and I love hot pot but this place just misses the mark every time. The food is not fresh; everything (but the veggies) is frozen. Basic manners and considerations towards customers were missing. No dessert options. There are no other hotpot options in the Chinatown area. We hope this place does better, otherwise we don’t see it as a sustaining business in downtown; and we love supporting businesses who demonstrate they care!

The spicy soup base could be a lot spicier, got the 3 spice version and could barely taste it. Also need sesame oil for sauce, it is literally the only thing Szechuanese use for sauce when eating hot pot. Overall the ingredients are fresh and fairly good, but a lot of things are frozen solid like the dumplings and mussels. Their fish/shrimp paste is really good.

Awesome every time. The service and the atmosphere don’t matter cause you’re boiling frickin broth at the table and it’s all you can eat. If you need the server to come to your table more than twice that’s your bad if anything. this place absolutely rocks.

I love how unique this place is compared to other Asian restaurants around the city. The food if amazing and the atmosphere is perfect but can get loud at times as it’s a smaller venue. Plenty of items to choose from and all you can eat!! Bring the whole gang or family with ya and go have yourself a feast!

Got seated and served fast but a lot of things we ordered didn’t come out. Since we were only 2 people we didn’t eat as much as we would have liked to because we got served mostly the wrong things or given more veggies than meat. When it came to paying the waitress didn’t want to give us change. She spoke clear English at the beginning and when we asked for some change back she pretended to not understand us.

The star was for the food. Tasted not bad, but a lot of our orders, along with basic manners and consideration towards customers, were missing. The store lists that they close at 12am. However, by 9:30pm they said it was “last call”, and urged us to eat faster because they “want to close sooner” when we still are eating quite a bit of food, along with the “last call” order they gave us. Sure, we did try to hurry up nonetheless.By 10pm, they asked us to leave when we were still eating. Honestly, if you wanna go home that early, cut your operation times 2 hours short instead. I’ll understand what they did if we were to stay till around 11:45pm, but that was not the case.Stores may close early when there are no customers at all, not when there are still people eating and you force them to leave when it’s 2 hours away from actual closing time. We paid for our food and we are still within dining time range. Very rude services.

All you can eat hot pot. Best in the city. Incredibly accommodating to my two year old daughter. Brought out (nice) plastic spoon, fork, plate. The highchair is probably the best thing I've seen in any restaurant.Service was top notch. Very helpful when ordering. Very large portions for what you pay for. Everything seemed very fresh. Waters were never empty.

UPDATE: once again I'm back, I absolutely love this place! It is my absolute favourite favourite hot pot place :-) my server, Jim, was extremely wonderful and sweet and understanding as I have now introduced a fourth person to the world of hot pot… He was very patient, explained everything, the food came out so quickly, I was very impressed with the service! 10 out of 10 would recommend, the lamb and the beef are delightful, the meatballs were delicious we had the beef and the special pork… The shrimp are headless so easy to deal with for those of you who don't like eyes in your food.NOTE: last call for food ordering is 10:45pm, note this!!!! Sauce station sticks around while people are eating maybe 11/1130. I highly recommend going at least one hour prior to last call so you can have an accurate gauge for how hungry you are and don't order too much or too little.Absolutely love this place! Great hotpot and not expensive. Good food, menu is easy to navigate. For 2 people I spent about 75$ plus tip so it's really reasonable for all you can eat hot pot! (That's with no alcoholic drinks) I personally always go for spicy broth, level 2 of the Szechuan spice is actually perfect heat so no stomach ache in the middle of the night, no tears while eating. I can usually handle really hot but I wouldn't do level 3 without some more practice in advance, usually when I eat spicy hotpot I always eat too much and suffer the whole night and next day.... so for heat lovers, 2 is good! (I usually eat fresh Thai chillies on everything. Cayenne is my pepper.)Because the hotpot is single serve pots it's amazing you can legit go solo! Perfect place for me :-)) I can't wait to go back soon. Absolutely thumbs up! Friendly service, not awkward for while people either

We had the Hong Kong satay soup, miso soup and the herbs chicken soup broth. All of them are good. They had decent vegetarian options as well. It was good. Friendly staff. Also came with a mango pudding dessert.
