We met Andrew at Telus Mayfair shortly after we arrived in Victoria. He was very helpful even when we didn't buy anything. So 6 months later when it was time to buy we went back for 2 new phones and accessories. Andrew's service was undoubtedly over the top! He patiently answered all our questions and offered great suggestions. Fantastic job Andrew keep going...

Joel at Mayfair Mall Telus was extremely helpful and patient when we ran into issues transferring phone services. He went above and beyond to help despite my terrible lack of cellphone knowledge. Despite being at the tail end of his shift he stayed to make sure we were satisfied and taken care of. A model employee and an example to others.Keep up the amazing work Joel!

I went into the Telus store with low expectations, but was completely won-over by the service and the deal that Nick Miller set up for my wife & I. We switched from Koodo & Fido and couldn't be happier. Nick is very clear, honest, patient, and organized. He was also very helpful in helping my parents update their cell phone plans and save some money on their Telus bill. After years of painful phone calls with call-centers to adjust and update plans, I cannot recommend going into the store highly enough.
