Amazing customer service! We requested a half-day wine tour with Creston Valley Tour Co. and were blown away by an exceptional day. The entire tour was well organized, professional, and extremely thoughtful. They had thought of everything to make the day a complete success - right down to the umbrellas we needed to use for a mere 10 minutes of rain! The snacks and drinks were perfect, and the tour guides will be our lifelong friends! I can’t wait to come back to Creston and use this service again. Highly recommend Jill and her associates.

Gill was a perfect hostess! Super knowledgeable about the Creston area, an excellent safe driver and had a variety of cold drinks and snacks ready for us. 12/10 would take one of her tours again.

Amazing. Responded by email to accomodate a last minute request with grace and kindess. Individually curated to indivisual tastes and interests. Flexible with expert knowledge of the area. Perfectly Comfortable ride. Vehicle was very clean and loaded with juice, water and snacks.

This was the best personalized tour we've ever been on.Even though we were staying in Kootenay Bay, they were nice enough to drive all the way up to pick us up in the morning and drop us off at the end of the day (thanks Leelan!).Instead of getting on a tour bus with other people we had our own private tour experience hosted mainly by Gill, one of the most wonderful people on the planet. She packed a huge assortment of snacks for the road and was also our photographer for the day.We visited the four main wineries around Creston, dropped in at the distillery (a hidden gem), and went to Wild North Brewing Co. Gill also took us for a walk by one of the rivers with a few human and furry friends, brought us to the dairy farm, and gave us some free time to explore Creston. As a bonus we also tried a pickled egg and a Screamer for the first time (yes, right after each other in that order).Everything about the tour was like a VIP experience. We were asked what type of activities we were interested in, what music we wanted for the driving portion, etc. At none of the stops did we ever feel rushed to continue on like we would on a normal tour. It made our stay in the Kootenays memorable and we would highly recommend this tour company to anyone visiting the area.
