Shoppers Drug Mart

Judgemental pharmacy staff. they should be taught not to judge a customer on what meds they fill and then say it out loud!! I actually will walk away if she serves me again! Will be doing my homework on how difficult it will be to switch pharmacies

Contacted the Elliot Lake Shoppers Drug Mart as I am moving to the City. I spoke with the Pharmacist/Owner, Ana Lees. Talked all about the Pharmacy including hours, processes, staffing, transferring prescriptions, specialized medications and the online reviews. I am more than satisfied with this Pharmacist & Owner and the way that things are done, (having worked in numerous Pharmacies myself during my university & early career years). I am exceptionally pleased with responses, attitudes and perspectives and am looking forward to working with this Pharmacy & team of staff. I expect a long and happy relationship as a result and hope others also try, and experience this as well. Good communication is a key to a good relationship and I have definitely experienced that! Also, it is exceptionally easy to transfer my prescription file as well! Great, personable & efficient start!

Just letting you know your location is wrong on google maps, takes you to food land parking lot.

My mother been waiting days for her meds and has been told 2 times now in a 2day span that it's not ready yet. Then when she did get it she was there for 30mins waiting while the employees was doing nothing and chatting. She need her meds and I wont stand for being treated like she has been!I need head office number so if anyone knows it please comment it have try Google it but came up empty

Stood in line up of 6 people waiting to checkout. Only one cashier handling cash and lottery purchases. Other cashier standing at self-checkout to help credit and debit customers, but no one using that checkout. She did not come over to open use another till to help with the lineup of customers. Likely told by management they want to force us to use self-checkout. So we were waiting and waiting as the single cashier struggles to serve us. We can't use self-checkout because it is a cash purchase. Finally I left store and went next door to Rexall to make my purchase. Quick service at checkout there.When a store installs self-checkouts they are not interested in providing convenience. They want to reduce employee wages at the expense of customer service. Avoid those machines like you do the illnesses you usually have to go to the drugstore to treat.

AnaYour staff is absolutely amazing!!! At 7:30 p.m. I brought a prescription into your store that I needed filled for my brother whom was getting a tooth extracted at that very moment. Even though it was a half hour til closing and I’m sure they had a lot of work to do, they accommodated our needs with care and kindness.Their thoughtfulness will be remembered forever

I had a prescription sent on Monday at 10:30 am , I went in on Wednesday at 11:30 , still not ready ! This had been filled before! I need this thyroid pill on a daily base ! I could not wait due to pain from a sciatic, nerve problem , So looking a 4 days now for a pill I needed Tuesday Latest ! A farce of a caring competent drug store .

Very rude shopper ever I have felt. Very rude and racist staff in canada post pick up. Please remove them. I was in the long queue and when I got my number then she said your post is here but is not ready for pickup and i was as per mentioned time in my receipt. Very very rude. They don’t know even How to talk with customer. Never again

Clean well lots of product. Stocked horribly stuff on the shelves with sale stickers that aren't for sale, staff does not help but love to be right at your side if they think your in the wrong. A very miserable employee extremely rudely approached me about my emotional support dig today.

Looks like a proper Shoppers Drug Mart that you would find in the city which is what I like since many other places in Elliot Lake have well known businesses, but are small and barely carry any products. This is a very clean looking store with friendly staff.When items are on sale, it's a great deal. But I find Shoppers Drug Mart has expensive items over other stores so that is why I lost 1 star, as it is a more expensive place. Will be back!
