Sazi & Kunal were super friendly and very knowledgeable. Our daughter was with us and at times her disability makes it tricky for us to complete simple errands, like getting a new phone. They were both so welcoming & patient.A task we were dreading turned into one of the best customer experiences ever!

Very awful company with poor customer service because in my experience: 1) They would not let my 81 year old father get an account in his name, so was in my name.2) Fibe TV remote does not have voice enabled command. All other tv cable companies offer this kind of remote, but not Bell. 2) after cancelling tv cable, and telephone, equipment was returned the only way possible- by Canada Post. Gone are the days when you could return equipment at a Bell store. 3) $600 charge taken from my account for the equipment that was proven retuned with tracking numbers. Finally after 4 weeks of phone calls and email exchanges, Bell agreed to refund the $600. Check's in the mail" as I was told. So funds taken from my account AND they make me wait four weeks plus 14 Business days for a refund check. All this mess probably could have been avoided if I could have returned equipment at a Bell Store. All Customer service located in Philippines - jobs taken away from Canadians. Disgraceful!"

I highly recommend this location. My experience with the the staff was spectacular. They made my switch from iPhone to Samsung seamless. They were pleasant, knew their stuff and ready to go the extra mile by assisting me with data transfer. I'm so happy I never lost any of my pictures. Keep them around! Especially Amber! She answered all the questions I had and even gave me tips on how to personalize my phone!

The Store Manager and Kunal were fantastic! They were extremely kind, efficient, and friendly. Highly recommend this location!

Really good experience with Sazi today at Bell. He took time to explain over the phone to my mum, an 87 year old lady, how to deal with a sim card change. We them went to the store on DonMills, where he patiently explained once again, changed her sim and gave her a new contract. Both guys were very king and helpful, made a good impression on an old lady.

This is the best Bell store I have ever visited in my 20 years with them. The employees are very curtious and knowledgeable, especially KUNAL! This guy was amazing in his demeanor, his knowledge of everything and willingness to help. There is no hire praise than saying I would hire him in a heartbeat.!

Don't shop here; they lie and only serve their selfish interests.After reserving the iPhone 14 Pro with the head office, I was sent to the store to pick it up. Unfortunately, after waiting in line for 20 min, Christina (CC990) told me they had no stock of it, even though I had a confirmation of it being reserved.After leaving, I called head office and found out the associate lied to my face to keep the stock for themselves as they make a commission on in-store sales, not head office pickups.If given the opportunity, I would give them 0 stars.Never use Christina; she will lie to your face if it means padding her bank account.
