A beautiful studio with such passionate teachers who are amazing at what they do. They will make you feel right at home. They also have amazing retreats and an amazing yoga teacher training program that I have really enjoyed. There is also a cafe with healthy high vibe foods and drinks so you can nourish yourself before or after practice. Thank you for everything that you do Nirmana.

Such a beautiful open space with lots of light and warmth. When they say all levels are welcome, they show it. Lots of modifications and support throughout and very well cued.Thanks Nirmana for creating such a beautiful space, can wait to return.Parking lot is in the back, walk through the door for 3rd floor access and the signs will take you the rest of the way.

A beautiful space to connect to yourself, community, and learn about all different aspects of yoga. The teachers all bring something unique and are so passionate about what they do. Some of the most heart centered individuals I've ever met have been at this space. I always leave feeling more centered and balanced. Check it out for yourself and you'll see what I mean!

Nirmāṇa ॐ School of Yoga
I recently started Nirmana Yoga’s Beginner Series and I have to say that I have fallen in love with yoga. As an adrenaline junky type person I never thought I’d say this. I’m a former marathon runner, mountain biker and current owner of an out-of-shape-middle-aged bod and was intimidated to try yoga but felt the need to stretch and restore my body. The teachers and students alike have been extremely welcoming and kind. The beginners course has been a wonderful introduction infused with philosophy, biology, and lots of laughs. I highly recommend Nirmana School of Yoga to anyone looking for quality yoga instruction, workshops, training, and a wonderful community of like minded individuals.
