Had an excellent visit with the ladies at Snore MD and got my new cpap machine. I would recommend this store to anyone who needs help with their sleep apnea. Very knowledgeable people!

First time visitor to clinic in West Kelowna. Store was very clean and very well stocked. It was busy the morning I was there for my appt. But they seemed to service people very fast.My technician Danni was very professional and well prepared to show me my new ResMed unit. She had everything ready to go and it sped up the process well. She was also a very bright and positive person and very informative about the unit and any questions I had.They other person Briane, had all my insurance paperwork all prepared to make it a seamless process to navigate my final outcome insurance coverage.The Snore MD clinic in West Kelowna was a much better experience than what I was accustomed to at my former store I used in Alberta .

I was traveling from Alberta to visit my family in BC and I forgot a part of my power cord at home for my sleep machine. It was the Easter long weekend and found Snore MD online and I was so happy they were open on a Saturday even if it was only until 1pm. Mark was in the store and I explained my problem to him and he quickly put my mind at ease with finding a replacement cord and even water especially for my machine! He gave great service and a very reasonable price to help me get able to have a good night's rest. I slept without my machine the first night arriving in BC was very tired after such a long drive and didn't have a very good rest without my machine, waking up throughout the night repeatedly. Thank you for helping me with the missing parts and saving me from another restless night!

Briane Simpson gave me the best customer service, I have ever incountered! I am 46 years old and have never been served like this ever! Briane does an absolutely amazing job in all aspects! She is very helpful and very knowledgeable in her job. There was a very timely response to my requirements.
