Thanks to Warren for a great trip from Banff to Jasper. Warren has lots of knowledge which he shared with us throughout the trip. Warren was friendly and helpful throughout the day. Our boxed lunch was great and Warren stopped at a lovely picnic area for us to enjoy it. The bus was comfortable. Scenery was spectacular. It's a great way to see the sights.

Had a ride from Edmonton to Jasper, and accidentally left my phone on the bus. The driver, Shaun (Shawn?) went above and beyond to get it back to me as soon as I’d realised it was gone.His act of kindness saved our entire trip in Canada, what a legend.
