The 3 star is just because customer service are always helpful and amazing to work with...internet on the other hand, is the worst experience I've ever had.. it broke down twice in a month, had to change my modem the second time ( which was the second time in a year and it never fell or anything that would make it break ), and on top of it , they don't have their information updated they booked an appointment in a Virgin Plus location that was closed for renovations.. I do not recommend getting internet services from Virgin

Poorest showroom ever , we went to collect our sim card which we ordered the previous day , when the guy checked on his system he said that my friends order is cancelled and my sim could not meet the promotions we were promised the day before , we waited for 2 hours to resolve the problem and still they couldn't resolve it , one piece of advice to everyone who is thinking about switching to Virgin would be call their customer care never ever go to the showroom""

Leo and Francisco are the only reason I’m staying with Virgin Mobile. They deserve to be recognized by the company for excellent customer service and managerial skills.After horrible experiences both at a different Virgin location and by phone trying to get an e-SIM, Leo jumped in to save the day with an empathetic deescalation and outlined clearly my next steps to get the help I needed. Francisco was looped in and within 15 mins, my problem was fully resolved. Thank you both and don’t stop being amazing!

I would recommend Virgin to anyone. I just set up cellphone, intrrnet and tv for very favourable rates. But most of all, Leo, sales agent, was incredibly helpful and patient and made the transaction a pleasure. Five star service absolutely!

I was served by Leo and Pris, they were super nice and made feel heard and understood. They stayed with me to help me understand all I was going through and made sure I understood what was going on with my account. Excellent customer service! I recommend going to this virgin mobile!
