Glenn has been amazing to deal with and went out of his to get my warranty work approved from Herman Miller and completed by one of their Techs. I fell in love again with my Embody chair!

I contacted Herman Miller about an issue with my chair and they referred me to Contemporary Office Interiors as they are the certified dealer for repairs.They have no phone line so I have to leave a message. I've called a few times now and have been waiting for a response for 2 weeks.Clearly only care about selling the chairs and do not care about customers that already bought the chairs.I would take my business elsewhere to a place that takes care of their customers that spend over $2000 on a chair.

My experience with Contemporary Office Interiors was exemplary. They have an incredible selection of authentic designer pieces at discounted prices. I've purchased four shell chairs for my dining room and an entire office set included refurbished Aeron Chairs and the service was exceptional. Would highly recommend for commercial or residential design!

Needed a new floor for my restaurant due to years of wear and tare. Mike, Glen and their team brought me samples and helped guide me to a product was a fit for my needs. The install was done very quickly and efficiently to minimize my down time and loss of revenue. These guys were great and the installers were top notch. I couldn’tbe happier with the finished product.

I've got nothing but great things to say about this place. Shout-out to Glen for exceeding my expectations when I inquired about fixing my office chair under warranty. He was fast at communicating, kept me updated throughout the process, and even notified me of issues I didn't know about. Turnaround time was 1 business day which was also a plus. Will definitely return if I have any future issues!

I wish that Google review's allowed you to review the people, instead of the company, because often a company gets a poor review because one of their employees dropped a ball or had a bad day; that would allow you to review the person poorly and still the company however they should be reviewed. I emailed an inquiry on June 1. I received an incomplete response from Keith Spielman on June 24. I responded by clarifying my inquiry (which was pretty clear to begin with) and asked him to respond. 19 days later I emailed a complaint in as Keith had still not responded and as I'm in Sales Management, I thought if that was my sales person, I'd certainly like to know. I also put up an honest but very negative review.From my email, a very personable Glenn Gartry personally called me, as well as sent email and had solutions for all of my challenges. Not only was he personable, he was knowledgeable and quite obviously knew exactly what he was doing. He diligently followed up and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. If the people represent the company these days, then based on Glenn's performance and professionalism, Contemporary Office Interiors is an incredible company to work with! I will not hesitate to order products from them.

Excellent response time, communication, and fast service.I reached out to Contemporary, seeking a part for my discontinued Herman Miller chair. Sales rep - Glenn hooked me up with the part the same day on a deal. He also helped me to provide resources to fix it on my own and even offered visit service if I wanted to get it done at home.Got the original quality part delivered on the same day within hours of sending the payment. When I say I’ve never received better customer service, I mean it. Glenn is an absolute rockstar. I thought my Herman Miller Embody chair was out of warranty and at the minimum the arm rest pads needed to be replaced and the arm seat bolts. I called Contemporary Office Interiors because they’re an authorized HM location and I wanted to ask where to purchase the replacement arm pads and extra bolts.I spoke to a really friendly guy there, Glenn, at the Calgary location (I’m in Toronto).. He told me he’ll send me the bolts free of charge and that once they receive the armrest pads, he’ll let me know. I received the bolts and realized the existing bolts were stripped and there was no way I could do this job solo. So I reached out to Glenn again and showed him photos of the chair plus a video of said issue and for advice on how to get a repairman to help.He noticed that the chair was still under warranty and was so excited to tell me that all the repairs I would need will be all done free of charge!! Our emails/ texts have been such a hoot to boot! Glenn is such an asset to this company. He makes you feel like a long lost friend! It’s such a rare thing these days. He’s so helpful and truly happy to help out “good peeps” as he would put it! Thanks again for your help with this matter Glenn, I won’t ever forget this!

For me I find high-end retailers can be an uncomfortable situation. Unless you’re are spending serious cash, it can feel like you are just an annoyance. That was absolutely not the case with COI. I submitted a service request on their website and wasn’t expecting to hear back quickly, but the following day I received a phone call and email from the service team. I’m being honest when I say I was blown away by the kindness and helpfulness I received.I was assisted by Glenn from this Calgary location and I couldn’t have been more impressed. He was just so friendly and positive that our email exchanges actually lightened my day. It was the kind of customer service you think about afterwards like “Wow that was such a pleasant experience”. He really went out of his way to assist me like I was a lifelong customer. He helped me with both a warranty claim and parts order.My package arrived way sooner than I was expecting and everything was perfect. My Embody chair feels brand new again after a decade of loyal service, which really is a testament to the quality and investment of purchasing your office chair from Herman Miller. COI will be without a doubt the only HM dealer I’ll be going to from now on!

Amazing customer service! After being in the same office space for 15 years, I wasn't looking forward to having to move a 3,000 square foot office to a new location, but from the moment Glenn met me at my office to give me an estimate, to quickly delivering a quote, delivering bins for us to pack up our office and arranging an incredible crew of movers to move us on one of the coldest days of the year, I couldn't have asked for more. Glenn and the team were a true pleasure to work with.
