I called BC Redi-Rooter to fix some plumbing issues that I was having. They arrived on time and accommodated my personal schedule, performed the work I required in a fast and professional manner, and suggested additional work that was both required and which resulted in an improvement to my household plumbing system. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Thanks to Josh and Kris for their hard work.

Awesome service, price, and efficiency. We booked with them, and despite the business of the time (all the wind storms), they were happy to squeeze us in. They arrived at the beginning of the two hour appointment window ready to work and we were finished paying within the hour. They took the time to explain the issue and how lucky we were that our expired parts were easily replaced with what they already had available in their vehicle. So now our plumbing is fixed long term and it's up to code. They'll be my first call for sure the next time I have to call a plumber! It really was the perfect call.

I awoke 7am on a Saturday morning to a flooded crawl space and broken water main somewhere between the shutoff and the city meter. A quick call, and Richard was en route to asses the situation. Time span between the initial call for service and getting the flooding to stop was maybe 25 minutes! Richard was honest about my situation and we agreed that this issue needed to be fixed properly and not just patched" together. The repair was done quickly

Richard is an absolute pleasure to work with. He was quick to respond and very personable. I was able to get every question I had answered about my new gas range. I needed a higher-end gas range installed and swapped out for my old one. He took care of the disposal and provided exceptional help and guidance surrounding the necessities required for the new range install - including advice for installing a heat shield to help with the minimum clearances to combustible material.Alongside installing the range, he provided helpful advice for other plumbing and heat related needs around our house.His pricing is more than fair, and this was by far the best service I’ve received for my plumbing/heating needs. I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to recommend this company. They were quick to reply and very punctual. The work replacing my hot water tank was done very efficiently, professionally, and carefully. My water tank went and after calling Josh was at my house within the hour. one hour later he had my tank empty and out of the house. He then showed up the next morning about 8 am and had the new tank in and done by 10:30am. He was not only fast but good at what he does. When the main supply line to our house started leaking I didn't know who to call so I did some research on the Internet and read the testimonials about BC Redi-Rooter. I never really trusted reviews before but I took a chance. When Kris and Josh came over they explained what our options were. The pipe went under the grass and part of the driveway so we could easily tell it was a lot of work. Kris and Josh answered any questions that came up that my wife or I had and they both were very polite and worked hard. My hot water tank is electronic Rheem. Kris found out the problem for us and help us to change the filter for the water system. He is very nice and tolerant. I will continue to use his service and highly recommend him to others.
