Rude and condescending. 2 things you shouldn't be when dealing with customers. I called to confirm that they had what my husband needs (with the mindset of supporting small and local businesses). Person who answered the phone was rude and condescending and acted like it was an inconvenience that they had to see if they had what i was searching for. If i could give 0 stars i would

Everything you need to keep your bike running right. I've come in a few times and picked up everything I need for installing a hand brake on my kids bike and the guys are fully stocked and full of knowledge. It's a great no-judgement honest shop to do business with. Really fair prices too.

Awesome shop; knowledgeable people and good vibes! Spent about a month buying then modifying my ideal bike (for much cheaper than buying elsewhere), the guys were great about listening to my garbled bike speak and understanding what I was going for. Shout out to Nico for being on point, I really appreciate your patience and persistence!

I took my old Montague folding mountain bike into Hub City last week & they did an excellent job of fixing & upgrading several things at a reasonable cost. The technician Ted explained all the options in detail and did everything he could to keep the cost down. It was a challenge for him as the bike is 30 years old with a lot of kms, but he actually enjoyed doing the work. Highly recommend this shop.

He went the extra mile getting the job done quickly and went far above what most service shops would do to make a customer happy (and their rates are reasonable too). Good shop lots to choose from on higher end mountain bikes. I'm not sure if it's the owner or an employee but very surly. Always acts like he's busy and you're annoying him. But never any other customers there.

Went to get a tube for my mom's bike. I asked the guy for a 29 mtb tube. He had an attitude that didn't make the experience pleasant. I Interpretted the exchange to mean that he felt I was an Inconvenience and that he was irritated by my question around how to size a tube. Eventually another staff member intervened
