Called to have our tank pumped out. Maybe Saturday but Monday if not Saturday. He just stopped in to check out where we live on his way back to his depot. So friendly and funny… I’m really looking forward to his return visit and I already know he will do a good job that he hasn’t even done yet. Definitely will be in my recall list

Had a bit of a septic emergency. We called and they came in excellent time. Very pleasant, professional and a good sense of humor. They fixed our problem and did extra to make things better for future maintenance. And the price was very reasonable, better than we were expecting. Will not hesitate to call them again when needed!

Fantastic experience! I have used Discount Pumping a number of times and the service is outstanding! I just had them pump out our septic at our new house and they found a problem with one of the pipes, they fixed it immediately and we now are worry-free! That is customer service above and beyond!

Had a septic emergency, called was given great customer consult over phone. Made me feel that I was going to be looked after and in just a few hours I was! They were totally great at what they do and very kind. They did above and beyond to look after this widow and her family. Thank you again you were awesome! Can’t say enough good things. Highly highly recommend!

These guys are awesome! They were quick, made it look easy, and had a great sense of humour. They repaired damage on our septic system and added risers for us. They installed them beautifully close to the ground. 100% recommend
