UCMAS Abacus & Mental Math School

nope....... this place is has like half teachers who are mean... id really get the point of this place. you cant use it any where!!! it cheating in school . ;-;

This place is actually really great. I've heard many kids saying that it's too much homework and they get around 8 pages of homework each day. That's only when you are a learning student. The equations then are much simpler which makes it easier for you to do your homework. But the higher your level is, the less you get homework. You only get around 4-5 pages. And you only come in for tutoring once a week. If you do one page each week, that leaves you one day free. The other day is the day you go for tutoring.The teachers are definitely nice. Once, I wasn't able to do my homework cause I didn't understand and the teachers just taught me the concept again and helped me do my homework.Doing percentages when your 10 years old was really hard. But UCMAS made it much easier for me to understand the concept.

Half of the teachers are sooo rude! The teachers would yell at me for getting a question wrong. Like seriously!? Especially being in school when you are in a grade where you are given lots of homework, the teachers still won't care. They will end up giving you 6 to 8 pages of homework and half of the homework given would have over 60 multi and division questions. If I couldn't do one if the pages, they would still yell at me. Anyways the teachers there just favour students. Not fair. I get it, some teachers will have favourites, but these teachers will let them get away with everything. I don't recommend this place to anyone at all. I remember coming here and being miserable.
