Nurture

The Nurture Retreat experience for me was very well-rounded. I was able to rest right when I got there and take in the beautiful surroundings, take ample time to spend on my own resting and getting to know the team and the participants and also got to do what I love and share it with others. I truly loved the balance of being cooked for and resting to what I also got to offer to participants with my creativity and artistry. A truly magical experience.

I enjoyed my fall Nurture experience so much, that I came back for the spring Nurture! It's really hard to express in words what makes Nurture so special. It's really just something that you have to experience. That said, Nurture oozes with kindness, creativity, and community and my time at Nurture is something that I continue to harvest from and cherish.

Nurture is a magical experience. The safe, playful, and nourishing container that Sonja creates is a balm for the soul and always helps me to process things I'm going through or mark important transitions in my life. It is a delight to be somewhere that aesthetics are deeply prioritized, flowers abound, good food is prolific, and friends are around every corner. There aren't many places in the world that feel like this retreat, and it is a joy every single time. I love the beautiful & intentional workshops that give me a chance to get out of my head and into my hands, and I always leave with beautiful handmade talismans that remind me of the experience. I absolutely love Nurture and would recommend it to anyone.
