Worst and stingiest place at the food court! I asked to get the 2 items option I wasn’t sure what the beef stew tasted like so I asked to try a small piece she told me no when I know you can taste try before you pick an item. I was shocked by the way she answered me I was nothing but nice to her. When I was paying for my meal I ask to get hot sauce and she literally gave me three drops of the sauce!! I asked if I can please get more she told me no again very rudely!

Portions are getting smaller. Also noticing if you are Pinoy you get extra scoops of food into your containers while others get 4 or 5 little pieces of ginger beef and 6 little baby bite pieces of another item of your choosing. Be careful here.

The lady working here has a non existent customer service attitude. She looks mad and frowns the entire time she serves you. I asked what the chef special was and I could barely hear her something about honey garlic?So I asked if it was spicy and she just repeated what was in the dish mumbling! So I just eyeballed it to see if I saw red specks, didn't see any so I just took a chance. I will say for food that sits there for sometime they do maintain their crisp. Unfortunately the noodles and rice are unflavorful.Also $1.50 for refills. They only carry 1 size drink.Totally not worth $12-$15 a plate. Portions are small. Anyone who claims this is a large portion is blind. Food is bland bland bland. I am shocked because everywhere else I have been so far in Calgary has had exceptional food. This is my very first food disappointment since moving out here. Also my first bad service experience. I just don't get why the lady is so angry.

Quite frankly incredibly underrated. For mall food ur getting restaurant quality readiness. It’s clearly fresh off the wok. Ingredients are clearly fresh. I really applaud the chef for the authenticity. The food bangs - this is coming from a foodie :)

The worst food service I ever had , I bought a famous chicken and it was old and dry when I complained the Asian lady (in the picture) used her bare hands to mess with my food and she give it back and said “chicken is very expensive that’s why we are using just the crust” and refused to add any chicken. I don’t recommend it at all

Holy moley they can cook a good lunch. Great flavour, great service. Highly recommended for dining in at Chinook — Famous Wok is where it’s at!
