After a misunderstanding, and after speaking with Salomon Bernier and Alex at RedOne Music, I realize that sometimes things happen. These guys took very good care of me and I believe that they do care about their customers. They do what it takes to make their customers happy..... and they did that with me. The Hofner bass looks good and arrived quickly via UPS. Thanks so much guys! Cheers.

Customer service was good. Website is very misleading to display what items they actually have in stock. It may say Available online" but it doesn't necessarily mean the item is in stock and may take a while to complete your order

I submitted an online product(s) inquiry regarding a higher end DJ controller and cases. Surprisingly, I received a thorough, honest and detailed reply back in less than 24 hours from Salomon. The reply even noted to call him directly to discuss my possible purchase rather than e-mailing if that was my preferred choice of communication. I took Salomon up on his offer and he was able to answer my additional questions and provide more insight into my product inquiry. After a couple of more phone calls a few days later, I finally pushed the online 'purchase' button while again on another call with Salomon. This was approx. noon on a Wednesday and my hope was to receive the products by the weekend, but I wasn't betting on it since I live in Ontario. Lo and behold my packages arrived way ahead of my expectations! My hats off to Salomon and the rest of the team at Red One Music for all of their outstanding efforts to make my purchasing experience as smooth and pleasurable as possible. This was my first experience with Musique Red One, and it definitely won't be my last!

The guys over at Redone are awesome. I specifically dealt with Alex when trying to purchase my first 7 string. He was informative and guided me through the entire process despite being in different provinces! 5/5, would highly recommend! Cheers

Fantastic service! I definitely recommend Red One, I’ve already mentioned them to friends.They have TONS of stock, I recommend asking for help with finding what you need because there is so much in store. And they are really friendly and helpful!I got a baritone ukulele there a few months ago and I LOVE it. So easy to play, perfect way to disconnect at the end of the day.

These guys are awesome. They communicate very well and they do their best to get you the best prices available. I had an hassle-free transaction and even got a free gift with my purchase. Terrible website and sales people. Their website will falsely show items in stock to draw you in. Sales people will insist their system is perfect and does not do this which is a lie. They will grovel to try to make amends and offer discounts" which are really just useless store credits. They will claim all items will be ready to ship in 1 to 2 weeks but they won't. It will take months.I should have avoided this place completely and gone with my usual vendor who actually respects their customers.Zero stars. Go somewhere else."

Another great experience! Second time renting equipment for a private event and the Red One rental team, especially Jason, was super professional and insightful. He recommended different kind of Dice lights tailored to my event. Super smooth, would highly recommend!

Bought a Korg Drumlogue from them. Just as they were super hard to find, Vincent from Red One got me a great price and an approximate delivery that were satisfactory for me so the Drumlogue was pre-ordered. It actually arrived earlier than expected and communication was present and quick at all times.I have nothing but good things to say about Red One and I'll be going back to Vincent.
