We only deal with this Mercedes dealership because they have amazing service. We have been Frankie's clients for many years. His service is above all. It's not the same if it's not Frankie. Also, I cannot say enough about Leah. She has given amazing honest service to us. She helps her clients with respect, kindness and patience. And she is so amazing with kids. This dealership is lucky to have both of these wonderful people.

While waiting for the new version, Jackie went above and beyond to keep me informed about the status of the upcoming model. I have taken my vehicle here several times (because it’s the closest to me) for simple services such as switching tires and maintenance check-ups, and every time, without fail, they grossly overcharge me and there are inevitably several lines of extra services that I didn’t ask for. The last time I went the bill came to over $1000 for a tire change and maintenance check. Not to mention they have tried to tell me I need to replace certain parts that are barely used - it’s obvious they are trying to make as much money as they can off every customer with absolutely no shame. I feel incredibly ripped off and defeated every time I leave. I will *not* be coming back here again.

After some time looking I finally found my dream SUV at this location. Since I live far away I had to do the entire process virtually. Std he was there the entire way and made sure that I was happy with the contrition of the vehicle by spending time with me on FaceTime and sending photos. He was very accommodating by answering any questions I had, and even when my vehicle was not on the lot he managed to find a vehicle with the exact same colour schemes and most of the same options in order for me to have an idea of what to expect. Highly recommend this dealer.Very accommodating and respectful from the first time I contacted them all the way through to the sale and after.

In may of 2023 we purchased a used car for my son from Downtown Mercedes. Initially, our experience with the dealership and the salesperson was pleasant, as they were welcoming and showed a genuine interest in earning our business. We specifically chose this dealership due to its reputation and the assumption that being a Mercedes dealer, they would provide honest and trustworthy service. However, our expectations were not met, and unfortunately, our experience took a downturn after the transaction was completed.During the purchase, it was agreed upon that the car would be safetied, a small chip in the windshield would be repaired, and a small tear in the seat would be fixed. Additionally, we were willing to handle the responsibility of addressing the damage on the door and other scratches, as well as scheduling the upcoming B service. When the car was delivered, everything was as agreed upon, except for the seat repair.In response to this issue, we reached out to both the general manager and the salesperson, highlighting the discrepancy between what was promised and what was delivered. Surprisingly, they claimed to have no record of our request for the seat repair, despite them having taken pictures of the damaged seat. This interaction left us with a negative impression and eroded our trust in the dealership's ability to honor their commitments.Unfortunately, this experience raises concerns about the dealership's integrity and how they support both their salespeople and customers. It is disheartening to encounter such a lack of accountability and it questions the dealership's commitment to fulfilling their promises. As a result, I cannot recommend trusting this dealership when it comes to the fulfillment of their assurances. This disappointing encounter has left a lingering feeling of doubt, and I would hesitate to engage with Downtown Mercedes again in the future. Nor would I be recommending this as the place to buy a car. Additionally, there was no courtesy of the General Manager to respond to our email.

Jiahao (Jackie) was the best salesperson that I've ever met and I am 100% satisfied with his service during the whole process, from pre-ordering to final delivery.Not only he is super knowledgable about the products, but also knows the client's needs and provides practical solutions in a timely manner. Even at a point, I almost became a client of another dealer, he convinced me to stay with Downtown Mercedes with his magic.It's very glad to work with such an amazing person and I will surely recommend my friends to him down the road.
