The Brick

In the past I had such bad experiences with the Brick so I was hesitant to try the location in Salmon Arm but I was pleasantly surprised. I was really impressed with the customer service. The two girls there were so helpful and managed to find exactly what I needed in stock and had it delivered the next day. I will consider going there again for furniture!

She was also incredibly knowledgeable about the various materials and construction techniques used in the furniture, which gave me confidence that I was making a wise investment in a high-quality piece.Once I made my purchase, the delivery and installation process was seamless. The delivery team was prompt, courteous, and professional, and they took great care to ensure that my new sofa was installed properly and that my home was left clean and tidy.Overall, I was incredibly impressed with the level of customer service that I received. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great experience from start to finish, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of high-quality furniture and exceptional customer service. I love dealing with this store! The staff is always friendly and easy to deal with. I moved to Alberta and Cody bent over backwards to ensure I could still get my stuff delivered here. Grant is always willing to make things work for us. Tanya is always friendly and knowledgeable as well. I have to add though that Cody is always smiling and just brightens your day when your shopping.

The Brick in Salmon Arm provides first class service and I could not be happier with them. I had an issue a warranty issue with a TV I purchased and the manufacture was giving me a hard time about replacing it. The team at The Brick stepped up and repeatedly contacted the manufacture on my behalf and finally got the manufacture to issue a credit for the full amount I paid. Big shout out too Tasha in customer service. She really went above and beyond in assisting me. She was so responsive and professional and immediately stepped up. Other companies should model their customer service teams after Tasha. Even the owner and the regional manager got involved. Thank you all so much!

When I bought a new home I decided to get new furniture...I looked at several stores and online. Did not enjoy shopping ...until I got to the Brick in Salmon Arm! The draft were helpful without being overbearing, advised on best deals...and made choosing furniture stress free. Part of my furniture order was delivered this morning and the delivery fellas were excellent, friendly and polite and very efficient. Well done to you all!

Cannot say enough about the quality of both product and service. Completely top notch service from this Salmon Arm location. The people were respectful, knowledgeable, and most of all professional. Would highly recommend these folks at the brick!!!!!
