I appreciate the Stores Customer Service, particularly manager Sebastien Fraser. He helped my 15 year old son buy nice jackets and other stuff, my son left his expensive RayBan sunglasses in the store, which Sebastien found and shipped me to Toronto. The store has some great reasonably priced stuff, and we are happy that we found it while on a short tour from Toronto.

Guillaume (I hope I spelled that correctly) was absolutely fantastic. I visited Ernest because I needed a suit and while there were plenty of associates around, I never felt pressured. Guillaume approached me to say hi and told me to let him know if I needed anything. He was very patient and helpful through a couple different suits we looked at and even got hemming done in a very short amount of time so that we didn't have to return the next day to pick up the suit. The suit itself was very nice and the price was good too.Definitely give this place a chance and see if Guillaume can help you out and make the experience amazing and easy for you as well.

Belle collection et prix abordables. Par contre, magasinez en ligne si comme moi, vous ne tolérez pas la vente sous pression. Le vendeur ne vous lâchera pas d'une semelle, même si vous lui dites que vous regardez et que vous lui ferez signe si vous avez besoin de quelque chose. Cela rend l'expérience de magasinage des plus déplaisante. Je ne peux m'expliquer pourquoi Ernest conserve cette approche de vente agressive encore aujourd'hui.Lors de ma visite un dimanche après-midi, j'étais le seul client dans le magasin alors que les magasins environnant étaient achalandés.
