Companions Pet Resort

2023 Update - Mickey just finished his second 30 day stay at companions while we were away on Christmas vacation. Words fall short of the care and love he received while we were away. I got regular updates on how my fur baby was doing and the team did an excellent job of staying in touch with me and sharing updates. I had to delay pickup at the last minute due to my flight being cancelled and the team were very accommodating about extending his stay overnight. I absolutely love you guys and THANK YOU for being AWESOME!!<3<3-----------------------------------------------------I leave my beagle Mickey here and he absolutely loves his time here! I 1000% recommend companions to anyone looking for a carefree experience with pet boarding while they are away.

We've taken our dog Frank here a few times now and we feel pretty confident that he's in good hands. This weekend was the first time that we ever left him overnight and they were very nice about giving us a full update on how he was doing when we checked in halfway through the weekend. We also love their daily photo albums. So nice to see that he's having fun outside with the other dogs!

Our cowboy corgi puppy, Clemenza, loved his first stay at Companions! The customer service is top notch, from emailing about booking to drop off and pick up. Staff were friendly and professional, and they immediately greeted our boy with kindness and enthusiasm. My husband and I felt confident in leaving him with Companions while we went away. When we picked him up, he was happy and tired. Plus they post lots of great photos daily on their Facebook. Clemenza will be enjoying an extended stay at Companions while we go away for a longer trip and I'm glad to know he will be well cared for.

Our 9 month old corgi, Tucker, frequents Companions for daycare on a regular basis. When we turn on Colonel Talbot and are still 5-6km away he starts sniffing the window like crazy and I see him get so excited because he knows where he’s headed. We have sent him as well as our senior yorkie (11 years old) for boarding at Companions as well and in the past we’ve typically been told by other kennels that she prefers to be alone and do her own thing, but not here!!!! They both are living their best lives while being well taken care of at Companions.

My American bulldog Rosie had a fantastic time at Companions Pet Resort. She was well taken care of and I believe she didn't want to leave she was having so much fun playing with her new friends she made while she was there.

I’m not one to usually write reviews but I was so happy with Companions Pet Resort. My husband and I were planning vacation (slightly last minute and had never boarded our 2 dogs before). We wanted to do a trial run and companions was so accommodating getting us in for a last minute daycare trial as their overnight was fully booked. Daycare was a great experience and we felt ok sending them for a week while we were away. I was so nervous leaving them but the staff were super friendly, sent updates, and we looked forward to the daily pictures posted on Facebook. So thankful we found a place that we can feel comfortable leaving our dogs and actually go on some trips. We definitely will be using this service again, and will highly recommend to others. Thank you companions pet resort!!!

We LOVE this place, but not as much as much as our dog does! The staff are wonderful and take great care of her.

I leave my dog Lola here regularly. She absolutely loves it! The staff are amazing & I know she’ll get the love she deserves! Because the daycare is so good - recently I decided to leave her there for 4 days whilst we were on vacation, and I’m glad we did! She got her ice cream treat during the day, had lots of play, and her little room was better than just leaving her in a regular kennel (who have tiny rooms which just look like cages) and being a rescue, this was the most important part for me leaving her anywhere overnight. She gets very stressed in her crate. Thank you Companions Pet Resort for being such a great place to leave my baby!

Our dogs went to daycare and boarding for 2 years when we lived in London. They went to daycare about once or twice a week, sometimes more. They post so many photos of your dog on their Facebook page which we always enjoyed seeing. Pick and drop off is always fast and efficient. And they were very accommodating the odd times I've run a bit late. Our dogs were always very excited to go here and would be exhausted coming home. They also did a great job at putting dogs in playgroups based on temperament and they accommodate intact male dogs in play groups (which many places do not). The staff also seem to know the dogs very well - we once ran into one of the staff on a hiking trail and she instantly recognized our dog and knew his name. Highly recommend Companions and we will definitely miss it!

We were in a bit of a jam, looking for a kennel to take out dog to fairly last minute. Our regular kennel was closed due to COVID re-opening schedule (they were set to re-open July first and we needed a place for June 29th). Companions was already open and welcomed us with open arms. We really liked the staff and the kennel itself. It is safe to say, this will be our new go to kennel! They also share pictures every day so you can see how your pup is doing (My girl is the one in the back with the big smile on her face)
