There are some real gems to be found in this store... if you are willing to dig a bit and poke around. I mainly go for the craft & educational supplies, which are amazing (everything is $1.50!!) but this aisle is basically a disaster zone, for the most part. However, I take it as a personal challenge to go in there and come out with some real finds, which happens every time I go. There's usually only one staff person on duty, who has to do everything, so keep your expectations for attentive service low (and be polite - most of them are very young!).

No one's talking about how the entire stores smells like urine?? It's very strange the second you walk in the you smell something. And then you walk down the shampoo aisle and the smell hits your nose. My eyes water up when I walk down this aisle everytime.

The Store is good. The Issue is, Today, that Employee (who was a Cashier) was not only she was not wearing a mask, but she also coughed and after she'd cover her mouth, she did not sanitize her hands or wash her hands whatsoever and I'm pretty sure the law Requires that all Employees should wear mask while working and sanitize or wash their hands afterwards. I think she's the only one who was not wearing a mask while the other employees were.

Literally went there with 2 balloons to fill with Helium. A 4 and a 0. I was offering to pay them $10 as I understand I brought my own balloons. They flat out denied my request, saying it is against their policy to blow up balloons that weren't sold in store.I guess they do not understand the concept of business and really hope the owner reads this. Even the manager, Fatima, seemed to not be willing to help or negotiate. You'd rather me pay $2 for your own balloons, versus $10 just for helium. Your staff are very business minded" - poor service."

I have been coming to this store for a while now. The new manager, Fatima has done a tremendous job in cleaning it up and uplifting the merchandising standards. The customer service here has been enhanced and I feel as if I am shopping at a luxury outlet. Well done!!
