walked in at 845 walked out at 918alot of ppl standing around no one paying attention to the cash me and 3 ppl waiting to be servedone person a head of us went behind the counter to serve usonce we got our order this was what my cheeseburger looked liked

decent mc'ds.Staff have been good to me, they've made lotta positive changes.It sucks that everythign is all digital and mcd app/uber oriented now; sorta destroyed the whole walking in/take out experience. Mc'd should reconsider providing a non-digital option for late night instead of mandating only digital option.The service itself is fast and staff are good.

McDonald's is associated with the word fast, but here everything is very slow, delivery orders are issued for a very long time, you have to wait 15-20 minutes, one worker costs nothing, the other has orders, no organization of work, everything is very slow.

Driver ate my order and dropped off the unfinished remains at my front door. I tried to call McDonald’s, and I was answered by an angry old lady telling me to go back to my home country. Fries were wet and soggy. Would not try again.

Beware, this McDonalds charges more for some of the same items as other nearby locations. For instance…Junior chicken combo here is $7.99, but at St. Henri location is $6.19.The same applies to the other value meals such as the McDouble, $7.99 in Verdun, $6.29 in St. Henri.Examples are before tax on both instances.

Unfortunately we had to wait over 30 minutes for our order in an empty McDonald’s.. we gave our pickup mobile number 3 times and still nothing. I honestly am a bit shocked with the use of technology in the place it does not seem like it’s either adopted or properly in use. Also, we happened to be in the same waiting place as the delivery Uber eats staff and they get treated so poorly… it is unbelievable, they completely dismiss the drivers that are waiting in line, for some of them also for over 20-30 mins. I am in awe, this is unbelievable sad and awful.
