Awesome experience considering I was purchasing a gift for my wife staff was outstanding at making the time in there as stress free as possible , the Management at that particular store was as good as it gets she knew everything from sleep wear to hot water bottle covers and she was smoking hot to bad she had a ring on , I mean smoking hot. Great over all experience , top notch

Great customer service team working here. Made my friend and I feel right at home and comfortable trying on bathing suits and lingerie.

Service is really bad and they don’t know how to deal with customers or provide customer service. They need to take lesson in how to be professional and respectful.I went to 5 different stores in the mall and the service were great and very friendly ppl.

Love their cute collection of home and nightwear. A tad expensive, though. Staff is friendly.

I came to return a few items. I had the receipt for a few but not everything. Tags were still on everything. They were given to me a few days ago for my birthday. The woman at the cash took the items to the back said she had to ask her manager. The manager said no to all things without a receipt. Not even a store credit or even a simple exchange for the right size. Then the items I had a receipt for I asked if it could be given to me as cash or store credit as they were gifts. She went back to ask the manager. The manager came out with an attitude. Annoyed look on her face and basically said she won’t do anything. I’ve never dealt with a manager like this before. Rude and unwilling to help. Now I have a bunch of things I have no use for. I won’t be back.

A new girl named Megan helped me out. Super helpful. Helped me find what I was looking for in the sales racks. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was excellent and were a tremendous help in assisting us to pick out appropriate items. I was really happy with how accessible the store was and how we were assisted with no issues.Thank you so much for such a positive experience.
