I bought this car in January 2021, from the moment I took it home I had problems. I specifically asked if the trailing arms were in good shape before purchase, the reply from the manager was “yes there’s a fresh inspection so everything is fine” the trailing arms were rotten. There is a huge list of mechanical/electrical/cosmetic issues that I had to have repaired. It should have never passed inspection. After lots of fighting over the phone they did pay for a the trailing arms and when I had my first transmission issues, they paid for that and I insisted on getting a rental that they were to pay for. One year later my transmission is completely shot. I regret so much buying a vehicle through this dealership. I was also told that I’m one year of making all of my payments on time I could trade in the car for one I actually wanted and have a lower interest rate. That did not happen even though I did indeed make every payment on time

If I could give a higher rating I would!!! I inquired about a vehicle on Monday with Selina, and on Wednesday afternoon our new to us vehicle was in my driveway.Selina Currie exceeded my expectations. She answered every question I had, she was my eyes, as I am in NB and purchased based on her recommendations...and yes, they delivered it to my door!!! She did not try to sell me on something higher and was not pushy in any way. She listened and was so honest and responsive to my every call, text and email. She sent me photos of other SUV's, she thought I would like. HONEST and Transparent!! Hard to find excellent customer service like that anymore...Selina nailed it!!Still unreal to me how fast things came together and how organized Selina was..she knows her stuff!!! Highly recommend Selina and Hayden Auto!!

JOHN A HAYDEN SOLD ME A TRUCK THAT HAD A BAD MOTOR, HE SPENDS 4 MONTHS BRINGING IT TO EVERY CHEAP GARAGE HE CAN TO HAVE IT FIXED AND NOW IS NOT ANSWERING ME OR GIVING ME MY TRUCK OR MONEY BACK. THIS MAN IS A LOW LIFE

Are impossible to contact, unpleasant to deal with and sold me a complete lemon. As far as I’m concerned if I could sue them I would. DO NOT get a car from this place. My car has a broken exhaust, transmission issues(from day one that they refuse to fix). It never should have passed inspection. If you call them you’ll never get answered and if you do it’ll be rude an unhelpful. Scam artists is all they are.

Masters of the scam. Absolutely no care beyond compulsory fake offers" of refinance ability then they don't even get it started 5 calls in. My own stupidity for getting stuck in the absolute worst rate of all time but now getting annoyed by their "attempts" to get me to refinance. ENDLESS PHONE TAG and telling me to call back and call this and that person only for Cheryl and Abel to bounce me back and forth between sales and financing probably laughing every time they hang up . CONTACTED ME to start then leaving it up to me to catch the right person who never seems to exist or want to help. Could literally feel them taking fake notes as I panic explained my situation near the end of a day. My own fault right. These people do not care and honestly never made any promises so it's my fault for answering their rip off ad getting stuck"

Highly Recommend, I inquired about a vehicle on Monday and I got my new to me vehicle on Wednesday, I like to thank Jeremy for his help and Laurie for delivering it to Newfoundand. If anyone is looking to get a vehicle go to Jeremy.

This place is amazing! Everyone was friendly, and they make getting a new to me car so quick and easy to do! Within 2 days I had my perfect family SUV!!
