The security and staff are amazing. Very impressed on how well everything is managed by management.I'm giving this building a 3 because it's poorly insulated. You can hear your neighbours walk above your head and you can hear their pets playing with their toys. You can also hear a neighbour who has a loud deep voice. I've lived in condos before (including a LEED building) and never would hear this type of noise. Would definitely never go with anything from these builders again (Times Group).

15 water walk drive suite 112 left door open all summer so the common area gets extremely humid. The whole building is paying for air conditioning that’s wasted because this unit is selfish. The hallways is hot, humid, smelly and fire safety is a concern because of this unit.

Most workers here are very kind except one man wearing Security uniform with glasses. He is not so friendly even to the residents who live in the building.
