The roads are deplorable. The washrooms were a pig pen & out of toilet paper of course. At 1pm the next day the washrooms were still not cleaned garbage overflowing. By the looks of the place I didn't dare go into the pool & it was being shut down for health reasons I read on the wall. Very sketchy & you got the feeling you were not welcome. The locals told us not to leave our things out they will go missing...nice.

Nothing positive. Wifi only near office building. Showers old.In day time from 12pm until 9pm they switch off electricity, so no one knows that before you got defrost fridge. They explained me that breakerswarm up, but that not true. It's happened daily. Never go there again.

We booked in for a month as we had just drove out from Ontario to relocate to BC in our RV. Found the monthly price to be fair. Site was well taken care of. There was improvements going on, new shop in office area, plus a building was being renovated into new recreational area. The washroom block was tidy and clean but could do with a renovation in near future. Manager Brian was very friendly and very helpful, helped us out with a few needs that he went over and beyond his duty to do. Jesse the grounds man was pleasant and always around.

Dogwood has an excellent location. The heated pool, main bathrooms/showers and laundry room are nice and clean. The website advertise hot tub but unfortunately is no longer working. The service manager was very helpful. The campground itself is not great, it is cluttered with old, abandoned trailers and it doesn't have a lot of trees in the trailer area. I guess it's ok if you are out and about and just need a place to stay overnight. I has potential but needs TLC.

One star is for that we have been living here for 2month and now we left. Today I want to do some urgent laundry and I thought this place can be a convenient choice. You know when you on the road! And the front desk blond middle aged lady say she doesn’t have loonies because we don’t live here any more..Such a mean person!! Does she fell good after she did not help another person on purpose!I strongly recommend the management train this staff. The image of this place is suddenly get ugly to me. Not friendly!

One star is being generous. The picture is of the butchered grass on my lot. After it was left like that for 3 days I called the office to ask when the maintenance person would be back to finish the job and was told that the staff was too busy that day and to call back the next day. That call was the same thing. The next day i went in and asked why this was an issue and was told I was welcome to sign out a mower and do it myself. I replied that I was not physically able to do so. That was a week ago. Still waiting. Then there was the6 days of water outage last month, all of them without any forewarning.Overall I’m disappointed with Dogwood RV.

Make no mistake, this is a trailer park. The majority of the sites are occupied by very long term residents. When we pulled into our site we were greeted by a Rottweiler at the end of his tie out, piles of dog poo and our electric hook ups were being used by long term residents. The office was great and quickly moved us to another, dog free site. The hookup situation was terrible. There were wires and hoses everywhere. It was a guessing game as to where to connect and which one would electrocute you. There was also an open sewer hookup next to our site that smelled terrible. The sites are very close together and not level. We had maybe 2 feet on each side of our 25' motorhome. The showers are hot, then cold, then hot again. They are free though, so that is a plus. To be fair, the staff was friendly and very accommodating. They did everything they could to be helpful but there are limits to what they can do. No matter how you spin it, a trailer park is a trailer park. We paid $46 for our electric only site. They have a dump station on site but it is an additional $6. We chose to keep driving.

Friendly staff, well kept, love all the trees. Don't love the spiders but that's part of nature.

This is a nice park offering short term camping and long term stays (I am staying for three months while attending training in the Lower Mainland for work). It offers full hook up that includes cable. I would have preferred free wifi instead. The cable in Surrey is terrible and unreliable. They have well maintained washrooms and showers and have on site coin laundry (the machines are very dated but work....mostly). My only real complaint is the sites are too close together with no separation and they have allowed long term tenants to build permanent structures and stock pile derelict vehicles. This is an ok park but I'm not sure it's for everyone.
