Brought my truck in for a 4wd issue and a a few small things. They said it was a whole transfer case, which was fair. The other things were a broken windshield washer line under the hood, wheel alignment, and a vacuum seal in front of the engine. As far as I know the 4wd works but I had to bring it back because my steering wheel was totally crooked, washer fluid didn't have enough pressure to hit the windshield and and the seal was still leaking... 3 out 4 issues were not fixed, $6500 bill. They had to take it back for another day and a half. Not ideal. People working there where sitting cross legged on stools and did not have a care to give. Would not recommend.

I brought my truck in for some accessories to be installed everything was done in a timely matter very professional and very happy with the service and quality of work as well as the great staff that looked after me. Jay went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my truck was done in a timely matter and he was keeping me informed as to the progress throughout the procedure. Very happy five star rating for sure

Really frustrating using the quick lane service. I have been trying to get an oil change for two weeks. The first couple times I went there and there was no line ups but someone came out and told me it would be a two hour wait.I started calling to get an estimate wait time and it’s still the same 1.5-2 hour wait.I’ve tried everyday of the week at different times and still receive the same answer.Today I tried as soon as they opened at 7:30 and was told the same thing.This is definitely not a quick lane service and it shouldn’t advertise as such.They won’t take appointments either.I just don’t understand how it’s that much of a wait especially when they don’t do appointments and there are no vehicles in line waiting.Either way I give up. There are a lot of other options in town for an oil change and Windsor Ford just lost my business.If your looking for a quick lane to service your Ford I honestly wouldn’t waste your time.

Worst oil change experience I have ever had. I have a diesel Mazda, asked the girl when I got there to double check if they had the correct oil as I know it’s more of a rare vehicle. She said yes. I ended up waiting an hour and half. When I finally asked they said they had to go buy oil. Was not communicated at all. Then they charged me for the oil that wasn’t used, which they did give me, but I planned on paying for just the 1 oil change and didn’t want the extra oil. Payed $320 at the end! Had an oil change at different dealerships and was never charged for the oil not used even when they had to go buy it. Manager called the next day, told her what happened and she said she would buy me a FREE coffee from the FREE coffee machine next time…wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I went in for engine oil and filter service. Told them to check all air filters. They replaced my cabin air filter and charged me $83.01. I paid the bill and started to check around on pricing for cabin air filter. I found one for $31.75.I was over charged BIG time. I'll think about going back cuz I'm not paying for their new building.

Haven’t dealt with their sales or service but I deal with their parts department almost daily due to my work. Parts always has the answers you need, good prices, great stock. Can’t complain at all

I was coming into gp from Yellowknife this past Friday and I was having some engine issues with my expedition. I called Windsor Ford to see if there was anyway the could fit me in and have a look at my vehicle . I was forwarded to Shae in service who not only was able to squeeze me in while fully booked but was also able to arrange the repairs be done that same day. Shae went above and beyond and took great care of me . I also received a follow up call from Louise to make sure I got home alright and that I was happy with the service . WINDSOR FORD 10/10 thanks for everything .

Really enjoyed the experience with salesman Abe Dueck. Abe was professional and didn't push a sale and was truly trying to help us get the best vehicle for our needs. Even though in the end we did not purchase a vehicle from him ( they didnt have a used one that fit our need) Abe did a great job in assisting us and I will definitely be back to deal with Abe when I'm in the market for another vehicle.

Yesterday I went in to look at buying a new truck, I had done lots of research and knew what I wanted. Lucky for me they had two of them, so I came in more or less ready to sign some papers after a test drive. Unfortunately, my experience with my sales associate Kyle was very disappointing.I should have known what I was in for when he pointed to the inverter and called it the electric motor. Yes, my questions were more technical than most: what’s the suggested maintenance schedule, are there any wear items in the regenerative braking system, how deep is the box. Each was answered with a “I’ll look into it” or a “I’ll get you that information”. I was upset that he didn’t know anything about Ford’s extended warranty offerings or maintenance plans. He also couldn’t provide me with anything more than some chicken scratch on a note pad to take home. I’m usually used to receiving a print of at least a few financing options and maybe the window sticker or details about the truck. I got nothing but a promise to contact me today with answers to the questions I asked. Which I didn’t get either. Its regularly said to buy your truck in Edmonton. My experience proves why that is the case.

Purchased my vehicle less than two years ago. They said that they were selling an awesome first vehicle. Nothing wrong with it. As soon as I drove it off the lot, something happened. Reached out to the guy who sold me it and they said they would get it in to be inspected and fixed under them. Because they sold it was obviously something wrong. He never got me in to fix it. Then my warranty was up an issue started happening again. I notified him and he told me that my warranty was up and there’s nothing he can do to fix it.( even though he was supposed to schedule me for an appointment )Now today. I have put in thousands, and I mean thousands of dollars into this vehicle. I do not recommend Windsor Ford. I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from them.… Scammers. Take your money somewhere else.
