Not really happy with their service

U-haul has all of the downsides of big corporate companies and unregulated small business. The corporate side is inflexible and makes big promises while the franchise owners fail to deliver. Neither side is willing to take responsibility for mistakes or honor their guarantees. The customer service is awful as a result. I recommend you go anywhere else for your truck rental needs. U-haul is high priced to begin with and will nickel and dime you to death. I've had much better luck with Dysco in Burnaby. Better pricing and phenomenal customer service.

If I could rate it 0, I would. I will never EVER use U-Haul service after this experience. Owner of the establishment was unprofessional and unhelpful. Truck was disgusting.my entire experience with this pick up was horrendous. I first didn't get any service from the person in charge and told me to do everything online.When I attempted, it didn't give me a code only then he assisted with the passcode (which he didn't know to begin with). The entire driver and passenger's seat were covered in animal fur which made my moving partner get an allergic reaction. Entirety of vehicle was covered in dirt or watermarks. This experience was entirely unacceptable. U-haul customer service told me there was some animal fur". No
