Only McDonald's I go to that when you ask for a side of Mac sauce, 2 teaspoons are given and the container isn't filled. This is a frequent occurrence. The markup on that must be massive.This location frequently misses the 2nd patty on a double QP or QP BLT at the drive-thru. I cannot even tell you how many times I've paid for a double and received a single. The ticket on the burger box says double. Why are the line cooks missing this? I mean, that's pretty huge to miss the protein, especially if the intent is to split the burger in half with someone. It's one thing if you're missing the straw in the bag, but it's another when the burger is missing a whole patty.

The food is pretty consistent with other McDonald's, however, the service here is always SLOW. Drive Thru us always pulled over to the side. If they spent the time speeding up their processes or ensuring they have supplies to make orders they they could save the time running food out to people 10 minutes later and invest in making the food prep quicker, as it is meant to be Fast Food.

Ordered a large 1$ iced coffee while collecting points. My card it attached to the account so it pay automatically at the window. When I got there I asked why I was charged for the regular price and they said sorry it happens and no resolution. I told them I ordered a dollar drink(plus the upsizing) so what can I get back? My money? A lady interrupted the man and said only a small iced coffee nothing else. How does that make sense? I paid $3.50+ for a drink which should have been $1.70 and then got another $1 drink leaving me a dollar short. Lady said only a small? Weird. Careful if you have the prepay with what they charge you.

Went through the drive thru may 24th around midnight and ordered 2 of the chipotle bbq quarter pounders and got next to no bbq sauce on either of them with the pickles stacked in one spot instead of spread out. This is absolutely pathetic for a promotional item and the sandwich maker should be fired for even thinking its acceptable to serve food like this. Its not like it was forgotten or something reasonable you literally put 2 tiny dots on the bun and thats it. From all the other poor reviews the management should probably be replaced aswell or maybe just shut this location down. This is how you treat your customers and then cry you deserve more than minimum wage but you cant even manage a minimum effort job.

Coffe sucks every time. They can never get the temperature right. I like my coffee hot when I go out for coffee. If I wanted ice coffee I would order it that way.

Located within a pretty busy parking lot making it sometimes hard to navigate during peak times of day. (breakfast, lunch, dinner). The queue line isn't the longest, so it spills out into the driving way of the parking lot. I often prefer to just park my car and walk in, and service is typically good when I've gone in. Never had an issue with food quality. Typical McDonald's food.

Amazing service. 20 of my friends and I went before sunrise by 15 minutes and the two boys in the back were amazing. They were able to provide us with breakfast sandwiches in 15 minutes. One Indian I think and one white! All the best for them and we all wanted to thank them.

This McDonald’s has gone down hill so much. We placed a door dash order for our workplace.. it wasn’t a huge order. Easy items. We had most of our order missing, when we called the lady was super apologetic and told us to come by and get our missing items. When we arrived the staff were extremely rude and told us they were unable to give us our items and told us we were lying. We had the receipt to show what we actually ordered. Gave us a very hard time. Disappointed. Do better. As a customer service worker we all need to be better as times are hard for everybody.

This has to be the worst McDonald's in the area for parking you so you can wait for your order when using the drive thru. Every single time, I get asked to park and then wait long periods for my order. I'm not sure why the management thinks this is an efficient way to do things, other than making their metrics look good by pretending they're serving people quickly at the pick up window, but in reality you're parking in the lot. It's also my fault for going back hoping it might be better! Nope!I feel bad for the staff that have to constantly run the orders out to waiting customers in the rain, snow, ice and general vehicle traffic!

Went through the drive-thru around 9pm. Ordered two meals. Got home and found that neither meal was what we ordered. Assuming we somehow got someone else's order. How difficult is it to get an order right??? It's not like this is a new business or workflow for them.The only positive is that the staff are friendly. They're just not good at their jobs apparently.
