Unreliable testing results (which is in totally wrong magnitude and make no sense) but they are reluctant to fix the problem and do the test again.

The water potability report was difficult to read until a revised one was sent. Very cold and impersonal on the phone. The workers that helped get me my sample bottle and take it when I brought it back were great.

If I could rate lower I would. Staff including k palm acuses you of lying WHEN IT IS THEY WHO LIE and expect accountability when they won't even deliver accountability and management doesn't five two bits about its employees or customers. Buck off and go work for mcdonalds you amateurs.
