Typical dollar store. Don't expect excellent customer service, but at these prices why would you?

Always something you didn't know you needed

They had same items most of the others do but really was not impressed with the customer service from the employees every time I was there super non sealant and They could smile at least once in while. Felt like I was in convent to them buying

Okay so here we are 3 years later after my first review which stated that there were some staff that lacked necessary qualities to work in the public.They now have a new manager, some new staff as well as a few great staff that still remain. A few past employees have now been replaced with employees that seem to be a better fit.Visiting seems to be a better experience. Pricing has slightly changed as they now offer products at the $5 range and below as opposed to the $4 max it was previously, however they also offer newer products that are worth that price change, in fact a few things are surprisingly sold there that are worth far more than $5 so getting a great deal will be guaranteed when shopping here.I recommend shopping here if you are looking for a bargain, and you more than likely will find what you are looking for as they do have a large product selection!

Best Dollar store in Powell River by far. They have a huge selection of actual name brand items at a really good price compared to most other places, and is pretty much the only place I buy Candy anymore cause I'm addicted to gummies and they have the best selection and prices IMO.

Prices are great. Staff is polite and friendly and helpful. Stock seems to be expanding . I will probably be patronizing this business more often.

Great prices on chocolate ladies! And of course cheese puffs. Lots of ways to cut down on the cost of groceries. I'm a happy camper when im shopping at the dollar store.
