Inconsiderate and Rude Auction CompanyI have not subscribed to their email list and they keep sending emails of which I have asked them to Not" send any more as I have no interest in their auctions. Their "I don't care attitude" which I experienced from their emails makes me wonder if this type of attitude towards customers would also apply to customer purchases?"

Great people! Professional yet extremely friendly. Always a pleasure.I have dealt with the business owners on multiple occasions regarding multiple auctions and have always had a wonderful experience throughout the entire process. I am very pleased with the quality of the items I've purchased. The descriptions of the items, as well as the comments in regards to what shape the items are in, are always accurate. If I comment on an item, requesting more information, I am always met with a friendly response. I have yet to be anything but please with any of the items I've purchased and the level of service I have received.

Ravenus Treasures was amazing in handling our estate auction. They came in and put together all the lots, took pictures and put everything online. After the auction finished they handled all the transactions with the purchasers and made sure everything was picked up. Very professional and knowledgeable; we were very pleased.

I have purchased from Ravenous Treasure Auctions twice in the past few weeks and highly recommend their services. Navigating the auction site was easy and the photos and descriptions of the items were accurate and helpful. Pick up/payment was simple and I found them to be very courteous and accommodating. I am very happy with my purchases and will definitely be checking out future auctions. Highly recommend 5 stars
