We had a great experience with Austin and his crews. We got our front and backyard, front porch, walkway, driveway, and outdoor bbq done. We are getting so many complements from everyone who walks by our house. Austin and his crews were not only knowledgeable and professional, but also very considerate and kind.Austin had a great communication skills to deliver the customized design that we wanted. He was available whenever we had questions. And we truly appreciated that he asked whenever he needed clarification of what we wanted.Overall, it was a right decision to hire him and will contact him again whenever we need any touch ups!

We had flower beds completed in our front and backyard and new sod installed through Sundisc Reno Contracting. If you are looking to do any sort of landscape work, look no further. Austin and his team were extremely professional, respectful, and courteous to not only us but mindful of our neighbours property as well. I did extensive research on landscape companies and was impressed by their reviews. They were not only priced reasonably but had great response time - from our initial on-site assessment to completion of work. It was all completed within a few weeks (our project was small scale as well so that helped). I also appreciated that they allowed me to have complete creative control over the project and bring my vision to life but also, provided suggestions to improve our plan where fit. Any issues we had with plant selection were immediately rectified as well. I would not think twice about working with Austin and his team on future projects. We used Sundisc Reno to renovate our front and backyard, including deck installation, interlocking and laying down of sod. We are highly pleased with the outcome and the fact that it was done on schedule.Working specifically with Austin from beginning to end made for a very positive experience. This summer (2022), Austin and his team at Sundisc did an outstanding job turning our backyard into the perfect combination of an entertainment/lounge and play space for our kids. Not only was the finished product beautiful, but the workmanship was top notch, ensuring what Austin and the team built, was built to last. Austin’s integrity and reliability truly sets him apart from anyone else we have worked with in the industry. In terms of customer service, admittedly, we know we are particular with our wants and expectations, and Austin and his team lived up to them without question. I was so impressed with the level of professionalism and service of Sundisc. They are a young intelligent and skilled group of people that walk you through your project every step of the way. I would recommend them for any landscaping or construction project. We are very happy with the final product. We did a very large job that included full landscaping, patio outdoor kitchen and cabana.

It was time to have a complete refresh of the front and side yards of our century home and, from the very beginning, we knew we had picked the right company because the first thing our project manager Austin wanted to know was…what was OUR vision… what did We want…and then he and his wonderful crew went about making that vision a reality! They were professional in all aspects both to us and in their consideration of our neighbours. Austin was well organized about the daily work plan and each day he and his crew of great guys started on time and the site was left clean and safe at end of the day. He communicated daily on next steps and encouraged us to contact him with any questions or concerns and there were none… not ever! The workmanship and genuine attention to detail is evident in the beautiful flagstone walkways, the retaining wall and the garden beds and we couldn’t be happier. I interviewed many landscaping contractors, as we wanted to redo our backyard patio. I described what I wanted and Austin was very knowledgeable in what should be done and what could be done based on the present state of our backyard. He was honest and straight up with what needed to be done as well as the cost. Austin and his team were on time, very friendly, respectful of ours and our neighbours property and very efficient. Throughout the project, we were updated on how things were going and the choices we had in stones based on our budget. I almost went with a plain stone but I said to Austin, can I look at the other choices. He personally drove to the stone yard and met me there to show me the options I had in my price range. I chose the one I thought would work well with some of the other colors in my backyard, including existing brick and the interlocking stone color was perfect. Austin is very knowledgeable and knows how to organize the work with his team to complete the job extremely well and in very good time. I would highly recommend this company! The clean up job was impeccable, they even put grass seed down in the areas where the stone was sitting for a few days even though the existing grass was not dead. Sundisc Reno 10/10!We had recently moved into our home in EG and were looking to get interlock backyard patio and driveway extension.Austin worked within our budget and delivered exactly what we wanted. He was helpful from start to finish- selecting the stone with us, giving his professional opinion and addressing any issues with drainage, grating etc.Austin did multiple check-ins throughout the process, regarding his crew, if our expectations were met/standards and if we had any feedback.Every crew member we met were kind, considerate and professional- answering any questions along the way.The final outcome is beautiful and we are very happy!I have already talked to Austin about future indoor renos and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to improve your home.Thank you Sundisc Reno team!Barb & Paul
