I had an excellent experience with this company. They advertised a new product for fungus gnats called pot poppers which I was very excited to order. They were sent out the next day but unfortunately due to very cold temperatures and Canada Post putting it in my mailbox, the nematodes froze. Tree of Life replaced the order immediately and I received them within a few days. They were kind enough to respond to my numerous IG messages and walked me through the process of using this product. I’m happy to say that after only a few days, I think I’m gnat free! Great product, great company to deal with.

I just found out about this store in Bowmanville a few weeks ago and I've done business there a few times now and had a great experience on all occasions. This place is well stocked with literally everything I've needed so far and their online catalogue is comprehensive so you can shop online (even for the small items) and arrange to pickup if you're in a rush and passing by. Pricing has been very reasonable on everything and the staff have been friendly and knowledgeable. I also really appreciate that they are actually open when they say they will be open which means no more wasted trips driving to other stores that can't seem to figure to their own hours of operation... Will definitely be doing business locally here now.

I purchased a water chiller for my axolotls, and let me tell you.... its a fraction of the cost compared to Big Al's and Amazon for the exact same chiller!
