Quick and easy to deal with. We originally wanted to order the ground level container access ramp, but they were back-ordered way out. A lady I spoke to there recommended the dock plate with some slight modification. It works great, the container lip is 7” off the ground and with the 7” difference dock plate, all the angles are perfect.

I bought 2 electric pallet Jack. Their One of the batteries stopped charging. It took them 8 months to give a replacement. Wanted to get of of the pallet jack repaired after being told today, tomorrow they dragged it for 6 weeks. Finally I had to take it myself. Their customer service is terrible. never return calls or emails. Probably because of mis management. other comments about the pricing being good is not true. you can find better priced similar pallet jacks. At least $ 500 cheaper.Do not recommend.

Purchased a electric pallet jack and went back to return it as the manual lowering function was not working properly and took way too long to lower. Asked for a refund and I was charged a 30% restocking fee which was outrageous.If your looking to get a refund be very careful they can not do basic math. Make sure you double, triple check the amount.When refunding my money she can't calculate the taxes properly and left out $260.Had to go back and fight to get the money back.

What a scam? We should have known better as their invoice did not have any terms and conditions. We went ahead with our purchase anyway. One year manufacture warranty normally means if there are any issues they would take care of it. Don't be fooled they are not the manufacturer of anything.

Our company bought a dock plate for our new facility. When we initially went to use it , we figured out it is not the right one for us. We tried to see if we could return or swap out for a new one. We were told that someone would get back to us. This was in dec 2021. It is now June 2022 and we are still waiting for a reply.Customer service is unreliable and is unprofessional. I wouldnt suggest these guys to anyone due to what has happened.We will have to buy from a different company now as over 6 months waiting for a reply is just bad all around
