I recommend to friends and family! They took me and my baby boy Sylas in a short notice for vaccinations (booster and first time shots) and also provided his deworming. They performed a general check exam as well and they were patient with him and gave him treats too (which of course he loved!). The staff was very welcoming and kind and they sent me a letter by mail welcoming Sylas to their clinic! Super happy to have found them :)

It's an amazing yet loving place and they truly take care of your four legged friend!

I am so pleased with my experience at this clinic. The clinic is clean and bright with cute pet supplies in the lobby, which are fun to browse while you're waiting.The staff and vets are very friendly, and you can tell they care about your pet(s). The vet gave so much helpful knowledge. It never felt like she was in a rush. She even started to do bird calls to calm/engage my cat which blew me away! That's certainly going the extra mile to make sure your pet feels comfortable.I even received a welcome card in the mail after my first visit. I was not expecting this at all and it made me super happy! I attached photos of it with my cat. :)I'm super grateful that my 16 year old kitty has a wonderful new clinic. I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic.UPDATE: 16 year old kitty is no longer with us, and this clinic made this difficult experience easier, they were gentle and made the environment comfortable. Well trained professionals, clean environment and treat my cat really well and are careful with him. Prices are fair and typical for a vet. My only issue is it can be a bit tricky to reach them by phone.

They take their time with your babies and they do not rush their check-ups. They do very good job in taking your concerns seriously.

We've probably had one of the most stressful and awful weeks of our life. My cat fell ill on Saturday and we went through the DMV, a local vet, and then finally the Vétérinaire du Nord.I cannot recommend this vet enough. They were by far the most lovely, compassionate and upfront people I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. The staff there clearly care for your animals and they managed to figure out the issue with my baby, and make him feel better. They've now become my go-to vets even if it's an hour away via transit, they just left such a positive mark on me and managed to soothe so much of my anxiety for my cat.If any of you guys at the clinic are reading this: thank you so much for all your work and helping Kitten out. And thank you for not finding us annoying after we called so many times. <3

Staff is extremely helpful and polite. Our pets are well cared for.

My cat needed stiches and I was able to take an appointment the same day. The doctor was very courteous and my cat did not mind her even though he is usually quite shy with strangers.The clinic was closing at 8 but the surgery took until 8:30 and I was not charged any extra fee for that.The exam, surgery and medecine altogether cost me 341,68 before taxes for stiches to the tail.I was not explicitly suggested any product or service other than what I came for.The clinic does not look that great from the outside but the inside is very neat and clean.I would go there again.
